This is a great Hotel for our 3 night stay. We had a Ground Floor King Room with Sofa Bed. The Hotel accommodated our Non Stairs request. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and very clean, with a private view to the bay. We would certainly use this Hotel again. The only issues were that the room has no microwave, make heating up an order in meal difficult, unless we walked to the Lobby. There was no complimentary breakfast at the associated restaurant, but there should have been a discount for guests. There was also no prepared coffee or tea in the Lobby other then the morning. Aside, all went well, we were happy. We had no room service during the three days, but we realized after that we had to put out the tag on our door. We were not told about that at check-in. Our garbage was getting full.

Walkable. Lovely waterfront trails and Ferry access. Pool area was a fog of chlorine! I coughed for 30 min after leaving the poor area. Ventilation issue? Was looking forward to a swim. Room smelt like stale smoke. Maybe carpet fresh would help. Paying for parking is shocking after hotel price!

The staff did not know the hours of operation for the dinning room and was not open when they said it would be. They spent more time making fun of my last name and generally showing off their grade 5 mentality.

There was a wedding and baseball teams there the night we stayed, it was great to see how family friendly this hotel is. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast received two thumbs up from the entire family!

Our entire stay from check--in, to room size cleanliness, amenities, closeness, room service, housekeeping, dining, location, surrounding views to check-out was smooth and better than expected.
This was our first family stay at this hotel.
Overall service was outstanding especially when wishing you well at check out by Guest Service Taylor. Friendly, professional and informative. This place is highly recommended. Will definitely return.

Hot tub has a ladder built into the wall no steps so when the air bubbler is on you assume there are steps and take a nose dive into the hot tub which is quite deep. Maybe a sign!? Otherwise it was nice and hot.

I really appreciated the TLC from Talyn at the front desk. I spoke to her several times before my stay and was pleased to be able to thank her in person

I liked the location, restaurant including food and friendly staff. I disliked that the room they had given us has heating issues and they replaced us to another room. The second room had no direct access to the elevator. I was travelling with my 85-year-old mother who uses a walker due to bad knees and back. She had to go up and down a long path to use the elevator. Too much in her situation. Terrible experience!
