Very clean and beds were super comfortable. Felt very safe at night because you need your room key to get into the building after a certain time. Conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. I will be traveling back to ATL in February and I will certainly be booking here again.

Got to the hotel only to find out my room was canceled due to a email I never received, had to book it again at a higher rate than I had before. They should call people before they cancel smh!

Room was clean and nice. The dresser was wobbly and the drawers kept coming out randomly. Theres no microwave so if you stay long just keep that in mind.

The hallway area and the elevator smells like trash there was cheese left in the business center area by the printer, they charged me more then they told me at check in

Great place to stay. The guy who checked is in was very nice. He was having some computer issues and was making it hard to check people in. One customer was not very pleasant but I watched him never lose his cool and keep reassuring her he was doing everything he could to fix it. She was rude he never was rude back.

The stay was overall great. Friendly staff. During our stay, the front staff were bring trained. But otherwise very friendly. The only thing is they have 1 crib for the whole hotel. Luckily we were able to use it, however we were traveling woth 2 young kids and wanted 2 cribs. But we make it work. Our fault for not checking before booking. The pool is not heated but very clean. Parking is a breeze. Very close to everything. I would stay here again.

Great location for north Atlanta business district and Truist Park. Older hotel, but very clean and comfortable. Did not use restaurant or bar, but prices looked reasonable. Lots of food and shopping in the immediate area. Hotel was quiet and well run.

Was here for a bridal party weekend. Staff and room was okay, door handle would not properly lock and there was a good size water spot on the ceiling in the lounge area that looked like it probably had mold growing in it. It was quiet and parking was easy. Convenient to many city attractions.

Property was not as shown in pictures. Rooms not properly cleaned. Rooms smell of cigarette smoke. Taking the elevator is a risk.

This hotel was so clean and nice. It was comforting staying there. It’s near just about everything you could think of regarding dining and shopping. The staff was very nice. Amenities were worth it. Just an overall great experience. I would book again.

Overall excellent stay. Staff was amazing. Very quiet area for great rest. Some of the rooms had some chipping, but very fixable. Needs microwaves in the rooms however. Will definitely come back.

We were just in town for a Brave’s game. I wish we could’ve stayed longer and enjoyed the beautiful pool and outdoor area. The rooms were large, clean, the water was hot, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was all friendly, kind, and accommodating! I highly recommend this hotel.

Came out to celebrate with my sisters and was disappointed when we saw the bathroom. It was cruddy looking and very dated. One of the bathroom towels had a huge stain on! My bedding had stains that were hidden on back side of comforter. At that point we just knew not to return or ever stay here again.

THE ROOM WAS OLD AND HAD NO WATER PRESSURE. NOT EVEN COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE IN THE LOBBY. GAVE US A FIRST FLOOR ROOM THAT WAS NOISY RIGHT BY LOBBY. BATHROOM VANITY PAIN CHIPPED. PARKING LOT ALMOST FULL. EXPECTED MORE FROM A 4 STAR HOTEL

We were not advised about the breakfast cist per room but per person.

The staff was not friendly for the most part. Needed an extra pillow. The employee could find a pillow but not a pillow case. Didn't try to locate one either. Found one on a cart myself. The bartender on duty Thur & Fri was great even though he was out of white wine & volka.
Recommendation: magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
