Checked in on line and was sent a text when room was ready. Large room with comfy bed microwave and refrigerator. Unfortunately mirror light in bath did not work so only light was in shower. Impossible to see to put on makeup, shave or do hair. No coffe in lobby until 8:00 am. Don’t be fooled when it says free parking. That’s only for platinum Marriott card holders. Otherwise you’re charged $10 per day. Food items in bistro are pricey. It’s open in the morning and then again in the evening. Drinks pricey too. Staff very friendly and hotel is clean

With a theme park across the street, I expected to hear all the sounds, but it was super quiet.
I was shocked!
Everything was super comfortable - my only wish is that the sofa bed has sheets on when we ended up changing the sofa to a bed. We were exhausted at the end of the day and it was something extra we weren't expecting to have to do (it was super easy but it would have been nice to not to have to)

My kids and I had a great time here! It was clean and safe. Plenty of things to do inside the hotel and around the hotel. I highly recommend staying here if you're going to visit Six Flags Discovery Kingdom.

Check-in had only one clerk but she was very spirited and helpful to every guest. I placed a food order while waiting and the server brought my bagged meal to me as I waited in line. Bed was quite comfortable. Would highly recommend this location.

Ants in first room we had, could not get through to calling the front desk, had to go down and wait in line to ask for a plunger

Our room was infested with ants. When we called the front desk, they said they could move us to another room but there were no guarantees that the next room wouldn't have ants. The lady said they knew about the ants.
We went to have dinner on our last there, and it was CLOSED. no explanation, nothing. when we came down for breakfast before checking out, it was CLOSED. guy at front desk said something about it closing early.
Would NOT stay here again, period. This hotel is a mess. Pool was not running, so there was a lot of debris in the water.

It was a good hotel, staff are friendly and the hotel was clean. Perfectly met our needs being next to 6 flags, it was a closer walk than the parking lot for the park. Pool was a fun addition to our day, a long with hanging in the spacious lobby. Had fun! Thanks Marriot Vallejo

The property itself is nice. Staff are friendly. Pool was clean. Problem is the hotel had no ice. Ice machine was broke and the restaurant on site didn’t have ice either. The rooms had AC but outdated.

The people who work at the front desk are exceptional! While eating at Denny's up the street from the hotel, my car was broken into. We drove back to the hotel, they helped me with the glass and getting my window secured for the evening. The next day was check out (12pm) and the window repair place wouldn't be done with my car until after 2pm. Jacob at the front desk let us stay in our room until everything was fixed. Every employee was very friendly and super helpful!
