Got in the room it was freezing cold. Turned on the one and only heater, took 2 hours to be comfortable. The windows don’t close properly so cold air comes in. Two double beds, not queen. The place is run down but they renovated the bathroom.

Didnt like hot tub closed at 9:30 due to shift workers. Put them on the outside rather than whete atrium is then so other guests can enjoy amenities. I had to get 3 sets of key cards as my room would not let me in. Otherwise ok place for price.

Hotel is old, but functional. Front desk staff was very good. Rooms - mattress was good, pillows not so much. TV was quite bad - small, not hi-def, minimal channels. The bathroom was fine. Coffee maker and amenities were good.

A great place to rest your head. Highly recommended.

Doors and key cards were sticky and tricky.

Nicely renovated hotel. Clean and quiet . Our room did not get made up ( 2 night stay). However the evening front desk staff were very hospitable and apologetic when we went to get coffee packages and even offered option of free breakfast the next morning as compensation which more than made up for earlier issue. Kudos to those staff!

This is a decent hotel at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly, the beds comfy and the facilities were clean. We actually spent very little of our visit at the hotel but found it very satisfactory.

The room was very dark even with all of the lights on. It was really hard to read a book without proper lighting. The air conditioner was really noisy - had to wear ear plugs to be able to sleep Continental breakfast that was offered for an extra fee sounded really good, but turned out to be nothing special We also had problems with the rear door to the property. It was supposed to be locked and secure, and needing a room key to enter that way. But it just didn't work and so was being blocked open all the time or not working at all. Not convenient at all after we were told it would be easier for us to park around the back and use the rear doorway to get in and out. After all that it might have been nice to have a soak in the hot tub but it was out of order. As for the pool, it was pathetically small and not inviting for either of us. We definitely won't be staying there again.
