Very beautiful Belle Epoch hotel. Great staff. Le Bristol restaurant offered an excellent breakfast and our dinners there were delicious. Highly recommend. Rhine River views are lovely.

This was a great hotel looking straight onto the Rhine. My room was a good size and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was fine, with a decent shower and breakfast was excellent, even though I was in a rush due to the usual Deutsche Bahn cancellations and having to change my plans. I used the swimming pool, which was excellent, and generally enjoyed my afternoon and evening there. Recommend it!

This an old fashioned style hotel, lots of dark wood and marble, red and gold. We stayed two nights and were very comfortable with spacious south facing room with balcony (the Rhein facing rooms face north).

Exquisite property. A belle epoque gem with modern facilities and great comfort. The Bristol restaurant is old fashioned in a very positive way.

Our room overlooked the Rhine River. It was very conveniently located. Check in procedure was fair didn’t tell us about half the services of the hotel. Told us that, even though we were paying the same rate as everyone else in the hotel, we would not get free breakfast because we booked this through Hotels.com/Expedia, when we questioned him on this, there was no response. I tried reaching Hotels.com through the app unsuccessfully. This hotel needs to be updated mattresses are extremely old squeaky caved in. The shower was a tiny corner add on shower with little doors, you can barely turn around inside the shower stall . The view of the river watching the boats go by definitely improved the experience.

We arrived very early in the morning, we were met by a friendly and helpful receptionist. The hotel is situated right on the river Rhein. We stayed in an apartment which was very clean and comfortable, with a river view. The town itself was not very big but it had all lot packed into it. Lots of restaurants and shops.

A return to one of our favourite hotels. The rooms are comfortable the staff work hard to please and the position of the hotel is well placed in the promenade. Alll is within east reach.

Everything was perfect except there are no air conditioning only a fan in the room. But the staff was very helpful. Nice place to stay

The desk lady insisted we get the dubble bed while we paid for 1 king bed. Finely it was solved. The rest of the staff were very forthcoming

One of the most unique and beautiful hotels that I have ever stayed at in my many travels! Right on the banks of the Rhine River in a quiet village. Rooms are clean and spacious. Restaurant is outstanding. Will definitely stay there again!!

This property was very nice. The room was very large. The hotel itself is high end and in a great location. The parking is on the same street and only $4.00 for 24 hours.

What a Gem!!! Beautiful historic hotel right on the Rhine River. Friendly staff,large rooms,great restaurant and parking close by the hotel. Scenic town with lots of shopping and eating options within walking distance. Definitely will return to this hotel!!!

The apartment was annexed to the hotel. The room was gorgeous and had everything we needed for the night. The lobby interior needs work but otherwise very happy with my stay.

Service and hotel condition were terrible no air, to hot. Bad pillows couldn’t sleep

Loved this hotel. Really unique and very well maintained. Great location. Unfortunately I cannot score it higher as we didn’t sleep very well because it was so hot - really needs air conditioning. Hotel did supply a fan but this wasn’t sufficient. As I said a beautiful hotel

A beautiful located hotel with a view over the river and surroundings. A lovely hotel with several restaurants and bar, very serviceminded staff and high quality on food and drinks. We very much recommend this hotel and this area.

Fantastic hotel, in beautiful location. Great pool.We paid extra for a river view room, but were very disappointed to find a scaffolding tower to the side of our balcony blocking half the view. The room was set back from the front of the hotel and so the remaining view was limited (Room 501). We asked to move, the staff were very accommodating, but it would have to be next day as they were full. When we got back from our day out and went to the new room, we were not impressed. Room was almost directly below first room, balcony was a flat roof shared by 3 other rooms (with scaffold still but not directly in our line of view) and again set right back from the front of the hotel. You had to go to the front of the shared roof to see the view - which was magnificent. Felt staff had been very disingenuous to have moved us to a worse room and not said anything. If paying for a river view check your room first!We did have a lovely time in Boppard and made the most of it but it did cast a shadow over the stay. I definitely wouldn't stay again but if you get a room with a decent view, you will have a great stay.

An awesome quiet spot tucked away on the Rhine. Very walkable area to shops and restaurants. The staff could not have been nicer. Helpful and upbeat. Really enjoyed our stay, wish we could have stayed longer.
