Nice hotel but construction makes the walk to the primary train and subway station more difficult. Staff was amazing.

The room carpet was not very clean at all. We made sure we wore the slippers in the room. The staff was amazing. They were very nice, friendly and very helpful. The pool is for adults only and you have to pay a daily fee of about $25 cad to use the pool facilities. I did not know either of these things when I booked here. Our kids 12 and 15 years old were really looking forward to the pool. So don’t book here if you think your kids will have access to the pool. Also the bathroom was big but the room was small. The double bed was very uncomfortable. The entrance and lounge area were very nice.

It’s quite spacious and easy access to Osaka station. Staffs are very friendly but the operator couldn’t speak or understand English well. Mostly the facility looks pretty clean except for the floor right next to the bathtub. Tried to communicate with the operator who couldn’t get the request.Other than that the hotel is good.

It doesn’t get any better for room size the staff the buffet breakfast. They have the half hour shuttle to the train station. The only thing would be if you prefer a busier area like Dontonburi.

We love this property. I would recommend to our friends and families. Excellent service. When we arrived, I just happened to mentioned that the trip was for our daughter’s birthday celebration and impromptu, they gave my daughter pastries to enjoy. Love this property. We will use it again next time we are in Osaka.

Great experience overall. Was traveling with 2 kids and rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were also large with a tub for kids to relax in. Pool is only accessible for adults and needs to be paid to access it. Breakfast was impressive with many selections. We had a great time at this hotel and Osaka station was walkable (on 5-10 min away).

I liked how neat the Westin was, the service was impeccable, and just the service in general was top tier. Although we weren’t near the main sightseeing places, there were restaurants around the Westin that made up for the lack of sightseeing around the area. The restaurant around were delicious— not to mention, there was a 7/11 near by that was very convenient. All in all, the Westin was a great place to stay in Osaka

A/C unit kept the room cool but very loud. Pool not complementary, charge per person.

The service was phenomenal. Best I have had in years and I stay at 20 hotels a year. The location is great and there is a hotel shuttle to the osaka station every 20-30 minutes

Stayed in a corner suite. Room is spacious, filled with amenities. Excellent service. Breakfast spread was not fantastic compared to other hotels. Location is quite far for walking from train station especially during rainy season. Thankfully hotel provides free shuttle service to and from Osaka train station, however the service ends at 18;40. On the whole a great experience.

We stayed here with our three young children and it was great. Wonderful breakfast options and a great room service experience after a long day. We arrived at 8am after travel and they gladly stored our luggage and then moved it into our room for us. We would love to stay here again. Of note, the pool is part of the fitness club and therefore only for adults.

Very nice standard. But. I booked a hotel with pool access for my children and it was not informed it was required to be above 18yrs only. Thats not acceptable.

Staff were great, the breakfast was wonderful, the location is easy to get to places of interest.

Everything is good except for the fact that the furniture is very old and worn. The chair in the room was very uncomfortable as the cushion had sunk in. There should be better maintenance done as the carpet looks very worn as well.

The hotel by itself is amazing. Very clean and staff were very accomodating. No complaints whatsoever.
Accessibility wise, it would be nice if the duration of shuttle bus service to Umeda station was extended instead of last bus at 630pm. It would also be great if we’re able to get the airport limousine buses to drop by the hotel instead of having to go to Herbis to get it.

Firstly, compliments to the staff who went out of their way to organise an ophthalmologist appointment for me because of a minor eye infection. The clinic was in short walking distance and the cost only 5000 yen!!
The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Osaka Station which gives you access to tons of shopping, dining and rail options. There is a 7-11 across the street and a 24hr laundromat down the street that takes credit card and IC Cards. The hotel is nice however space is a limit of you’re travelling in a large group. For our family of 5 (3 kids under 13) all the hotel and provide is a room with 2 twin beds and a spare bed which makes space in your hotel room cramped. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

Well maintained property that you can tell was once quite luxurious and grand. Thanks to the age of the hotel, the rooms were very spacious for Japan and allowed my family to spread out somewhat. Too bad the on site restaurants were only operating with limited hours.

Everything is great except that the hotel’s queen size beds are not actually queen size. I would suggest checking the size of the bed. Some rooms have full size and some have queen size. But they don’t seem to have any queen size beds in their rooms. We were traveling with two kids so thought we can manage with two queens but that was not the case. We ended up spending more money and moving into another room.

Not very good for children. Though the staff friendly and gave the kids a welcome pack - they weren’t able to use any facilities of the hotel. The executive lounge hours are terrible - it is barely open and you cannot have children in there past 7pm. The staff did deliver a selection of food and drinks to our room as we couldn’t have them in there which was thoughtful, but in most executive lounges we have stayed at the hours are until at least 10pm with no restrictions on children. The kids were not allowed in the pool or fitness area and I did not see this anywhere when booking - I assumed as with all other hotels we have stayed at that there would be no restriction on the use of the pool for paying guests. Not worth the over 500 per night we paid.

The property was under construction so at night there was a lot of noises like water dripping and shifting in the walls. Also the room was not as neat as I would have expected such as hair in the drawer and bed sheets not tucked in
