Every single staff person was friendly and helpful! Hotel was easy to find and extremely close to SUNY Oswego

Although we only stayed overnight, the room was immaculate. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel, staff friendly. Pet and child friendly. Right in the middle of everywhere to walk, so very convenient. Beautiful view of the lake! Our bath tub had trouble draining but the staff and maintenance fixed it asap. The splash pad is not included it is separate

There was hair all over the sheets and pillows. We tried switching 3 times and still no positive outcome... had to end up sleeping in my tuck in the parking lot till i got a different hotel later that next day.

The peppery was nice overall.

Walkable to everything. Splashpark that younger ones would enjoy. Good selection for breakfast.

We had two rooms booked during our stay, the first room had back up in the shower drain which back-flowed dirt/sewage all over the bathtub. The other room did not have any hot water… Both reported to the front desk staff but since they were sold out nothing could be done :(

The Clarion was delightful to stay at. It was very clean and I was satisfied with our entire stay. I was able to check in early and check out late due to a busy baseball tournament schedule. I was so thankful that the hotel staff was so accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very attentive and pleasant. I had friends who stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and they experienced a very unpleasant stay. I highly recommend the Clarion Inn in Oswego!

The beds were comfortable, free breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the pool and gym access.

A patch of ants were found on the wall near the refrigerator, which made a line down to the carpeting and parading across the bottom edge of carpet/wall. The front desk was notified when it was discovered (10:30pm), but no return call. After visiting front desk, worker said maintenance man was unavailable and he had no idea what to do to help. I suggested he spray or vacuum. I even offered to do it. He said he could maybe vacuum OR move rooms. At 11pm, with 3 adults and a small dog now settled- moving was not a good option. He arrived and spent 1 minute vacuuming. It cleared the bigger patch but not the floor. We were forced to wear shoes the entire time and the dog was not allowed to sleep on the floor. In the morning, the ants had already returned. At checkout, the attendant had NO idea we had a problem and they were made aware it still existed. Not the best experience.

My favorite moment at the hotel was when I went to fix my son a breakfast plate to take to his room because he had a long day of travel the day before and was about to miss breakfast, Donna, who manages the breakfast helped me. She got me a tray, pointed out that they had whipped cream that was excellent on top of hot chocolate and she was just was very caring.

I like the location it’s close to everything we wanted to do. We went to visit my son and he lives just around the corner

I like how it’s very close to the school and shops around town.

It was an excellent experience. We decided to take a small weekend trip for our anniversary, staff was super. We went to the restaurant the first night just to sit outside and have a few drinks. We enjoyed it very much, and our bartender had a sample a few summer drinks for her , she was very nice. Breakfast had a great variety and dinner was also very good.

great stay wonderful people

Comfortable room for one person. Had everything I needed and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful, great selection of items that was refreshed often. Wait staff was fantastic and kind.

Mold in the shower ceiling

Staff was very friendly. But things were a-miss.. as i guess their washer broke, so we could not get 4 towels for our double room. That some rooms couldn't even be turned over as there wasnt any clean linens to do so. Hopefully they problem solved this from happening in the future. With all that, we will be back, ad it is a great location to our needs.

The room had issues that the very nice clerk tried to resolve and couldn't. TV remotes didn’t work despite new batteries. Room phone was dead and we were told that had been true for the last 20 days. The clerk said she would tell the manager and she would take care of it, but at checking the manager said she couldn't "do anything" for us because we booked through Expedia. Also, the pool is located in the hotel next door, not what we expected. Oh, and the toilet ran continuously. My husband tried to fix it but couldn't.

Eveeuthibg was fine. Only issue was some hair found on the bed sheet that wasnt there when i left the room before housekeeping came in.

We stay in the same hotel every year for our fishing trip. Its located close to everything and has a great restaurant called Steamers onsite

Staff was great! Very accommodating. I only have one small complaint and that is the coffee and cups In restaurant. Need to upgrade all coffee cups to much larger ones. I had to try to balance three coffee cups to take up to my room because the cups were so small. Coffee was not very hot at all.
