The room wasn’t clean and the furniture was in bad shape. See pictures for someone’s underwear left in the room and the torn couch. The AC made loud noise and you can smell weed coming out of nearby rooms. When reported to the front desk, we were given a new room on the lower level, it looked like a downgrade. Not a good experience for Honor member…

The hotel is older and needs to updated. There were signs of abuse and use within the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

I did not stay At this hotel! Unfortunately, Because I used A third party App to book my stay the refused to check me out of the hotel. The are hell bend on charging me for a stay that I did not use. The place was dirty and a health hazard and they still did not care. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. It was and still is an absout nightmare!

A good deal for less than $50 a night but not the best quality.

As a senior the toilet seat was way too low, and I almost slip in the bathtub, it was slippery, not cleaned properly.

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay at the Double Tree really nice hotel to stay in. Our room was nice and clean, lobby was beautiful as soon as you enter. I would stay here again in the future

This Hotel exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The bar and menu selection was awesome. The chicken pasta Alfredo was my favorite. The margaritas were super delicious and satisfying. I’m definitely going to come back!

It was a great stay! My friend and I, with our kids stayed for two nights and it was so convenient! The only thing I would say is the drawers wouldn’t stay shut.. the makeup mirror was broken and there were stains on the curtains. However it’s okay, I would DEFINITELY STAY here again!

This hotel was not staffed appropriately. There was a bug in the room. It was musty smelling. The reservation was for two beds and they did not have a room with two beds. They said we could go to another hotel. They said we would not get our money back after the supervisor said we could cancel the room because it was booked through a third party and the third party had to deal with it.

I arrived to check- in with my children after a 6 hour drive.The man at the counter was not friendly or welcoming.He spoke as if he was just there to do a job.Once unloaded & up in our room,2nd floor right by the elevator,the air conditioner was set to 68 degrees,but the temp in the room was at 76.It was hot!I went downstairs to report the maintenance issue & ended up talking to the same man who checked me in.Upon mentioning my issues,he appeared irritated because I asked for another room,& I stated that I preferred to be away from the elevator.The 2nd room was much cooler & away from the elevator as requested.We go out to find food & made it back to our room around 1 am.I get in my bed to sleep & I smell PISS! I flip back the covers to find a huge PISS stain right in the middle of the bed near the headboard.Highly irritated at this point,I notified the night attendant,& she could only switch us to a wheelchair accessible room because of the time, & she threw in breakfast.So at 2 am ish, me & my children are packing up everything that we previously unpacked so that we can move to ANOTHER room!All because the room was not cleaned to completion.At this point,we all are extremely tired & upset at having to move again.The next day, we get up to go out & there is NO COLD WATER in the sink.No water ran from the cold spout.We only had scalding hot water from the hot spout.At this point,I decided that we would deal with it for the remaining night to avoid a worse situation.

My only issue with this property is that you have to pay for your breakfast. Much as they charge to stay there, your breakfast should be free.

As a frequent guest of this establishment , I can say my most recent stay was extremely disheartening. Upon check in, my family and I had to hear inappropriate comments from a guy at the front desk. Our room was dirty, the sink wouldn't drain and the air conditioning did not work. When someone came to the room, they let us know that this was not the 1st complaint about the room. We asked to switch rooms but nothing came of that. This was not an unplanned stay so we would've liked if we were able to actually enjoy it. We couldn't leave the building without being stopped by solicitors. We had another reservation scheduled next month but we've decided to cancel. As much as we loved and would brag on this hotel, we will not be returning. The only word I can think to describe this stay is, disappointing.

I was disappointed with my selection. It’s not the standard I’m used to at Doubletree properties. Firstly, the front desk was often unmanned. We waited to check in for the gentleman to come back. There were two guest ahead of me whom I met waiting. Additionally, they were offered cookies and we were not. Never saw any cookies during my three day stay. The rooms were noisy as you can hear movement in the hallway as well as the highway noise. I would not stay here again.

Pros: Clean, quite convenient and free parking. Cons: 1. Breakfast not included. Paying over $100 a night, you would think you could get breakfast. Nope! Breakfast was about $19 per person. Absolutely insane! 2. Parking was a nightmare once the restaurant opened. There was limited parking to begin with, and it became a “Wednesday before Thanksgiving shopping” parking nightmare.

Well kept for an older property. Shower didn’t drain well so I showered in standing water.

The hotel was fine, about what you'd expect from a 3 star, they really need to have more than one person doing check ins right at the check in time, the poor guy was overwhelmed with people. One thing to note is the security deposit. It's $50 a night which we were not aware of ahead of time. Free parking though. Also, the paintings in front of the elevators are a little creepy

The bathroom sliding door was off track and very hard to open and close. I did report this but nothing was ever done about it.

I LIKE THE DISTANCE FROM THERE TO DOWNTOWN N THE ROOM WAS OK. CURTAINS NEED TO BE REPLACED AND CARPET ON OUTSIDE NEED CLEANING, MYSTY SMELL

Did not stay because you couldn’t check in because they computers were down and they were not letting anybody check in.So I had to cancel my reservation and find another place to stay since I was already in Atlanta,Ga.

I want to be completely honest. I booked the hotel for my family, and the reservation was confirmed. However, when we arrived, the receptionist informed me that despite my payment and reservation going through, there were no rooms available. First, this upset me because why confirm a reservation if there are no rooms? Second, the customer service was terrible. I was polite to the receptionist, but her attitude was anything but. Her aloofness and "I don't care" demeanor were unbearable. Despite my respectful tone and manner, she responded with, "Ma'am, I don't know how to help you. What do you even want me to do? Find another hotel." She was rude, and other customers noticed it too. Third, the cleanliness was lacking. The room was dirty, the pillows were stained, and the bathroom was unclean. They never cleaned the room during our stay—not once. This was not my first time staying here, and my previous stay last year was pleasant. However, this time, the experience was shockingly bad. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too terrible not to share.

We arrived to check in at 6pm. When we got there, we were told we could not check in and the system was down due to the Microsoft outage which is understandable, but we were not notified and when we talked to the front desk, they said it had been down since 2am the night before, and no one let us know. The staff was completely unhelpful and John working the front desk did not seem to know anything and did not even do anything for us. Very poor experience. Will never be back.

It was very comfortable for my one night stay and I felt safe here. Bed was comfortable.

The person who checked me in did not greet me. He attempted to charge me a second time for the room rather than just the incidental fee. There was hair on the wall in the shower.
