Check-in was smooth, comfortable 1B room, American breakfast. They gave us an additional mattress for the sofa bed in the suite which was nice. We had to ask for extra towel each day because they only gave us 3 for a family of 4. Overall it was a good two days stay.

This is my second home when I'm away on vacation

It is very quiet and clean.

Front desk told ask to come down get stuff instead of sending someone to bring stuff ( beddings).Housekeeping was very rude and gave us hard time with towels. Breakfast was good but food ran out fast. Most people are taking so much stuff for their families instead of telling them to come to breakfast area. Noisy children, drunk parents. I can smell the alcohol from their breath. Noisy construction. Misinformation about pet fee. Thinking about not staying here in the future. Some areas in the bathroom not in good condition like the bathroom tissue dispenser- it's broken. The door that supposed to lock doesn't work.

Need to clean the hotel rooms every day

Do your research! This hotel has ZERO elevators. Our 2BR suite had 2 bathrooms and was super spacious but being on the 3rd floor was rough for luggage and baseball gear to be hauled up and down. Parking is very limited and tight. Hotel has ONE bbq grill in a very nice patio setting. Pool a bit small. Nice lobby/breakfast area. Make sure you ask for sofa sleeper bedding at check in cause night clerk was a little annoyed we asked him for a set.

It was very nice, only we didn't have bedding for the sofa or extra blanket. We had some problems with the door key and requested replacement. A couple of spiders in livingroom. Someone was banging and running up and down outside our bedroom window at 10:30p. Despite those things we had a nice time at breakfast, pool and nice staff/security personnel.

Very clean and staff was very accommodating. We had a trailer and they made arrangements for us to park it. Would definitely stay again

Please do not consider this property under 3 star. No elevator, untidy, not friendly check in. Paid more than $200 per night and very unhappy.

The entire building was under construction. Plastic on windows and paper in floors. Had to cross over caution tape to enter building. Dust everywhere.

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating when we asked for a bigger room.

Nice choice of food for breakfast and plenty available when arriving late in the allotted time.

Everything was good other than walking to my room and the building was getting painted. All the workers around my room with paint everywhere and my room door with overspray. Other than that my stay was good, friendly staff and a clean suite.

Great place to stay

Our check in was quick. The front desk lady we got the pleasure of checking in was super friendly. She had an inviting aura about her. This lady was working Friday 04/26/24 around 5-6pm. I’m sorry we forgot your name. She accommodated our request of a bottom floor plan because I explained we have active little ones and wanted to avoid complaints of them being too loud or too stompy. We liked the 2 bedroom suite; however, one of the rooms had bedsheets with blood stains on it. I was not happy about that. The rugs need some steam cleaning because my kids were playing around barefooted and by the end of the night, their feet were extremely dirty! Other than the bed sheets and dirty carpeting, it was overall quiet. The televisions could do some updating as well because it only had so much channels and no apps like Netflix or Prime Video for my family to be able to relax and watch a good movie by the end of the night. Amenities were super. Plates, cups, utensils, knives. We only cooked one night so not much to say there. Pool was heated as well so my daughter loved it, of course.

Well staying here me and my partner were asleep and we were woken up abruptly by maintenance coming in the front door, no knock no courtesy phone call, after telling maintenance that we were there he still asked if he could come in that it would be quick. I called to asked the front desk if this was a standard procedure. They apologized and said they would speak with maintenance supervisor, unfortunately after that we just felt uncomfortable and uneasy about our stay.

My kids likes the heated pool. Staff are friendly and accommodating especially the front desk Mr Gerry! We feel safe and relaxed during our entire stay at Sonesta.

Will say again

It’s not the cleanest, furniture needs upgrading. The chair in the living room has hairs!!! Who knows where they’re from!?! The lady in the front desk looks like she doesn’t want her job! With the amount paid, you’ll think they shouldn’t charge for parking anymore but they do. Parking is so compact too!

We liked that had a stove and a full size fridge. It would be nice if they had a few rooms with in door hot tubs

The girl at check in (9 at night due to delayed flight) was terrific. My room is up on third floor 2 flights of stairs! They should let you know as no elevator! Room a tad outdated. Needs more plugs and charging ports. Clean and comfortable. 2 TV's! Nice kitchenette with paper towels, cups, plates, etc. Breakfast was adequate. Eggs, yogurt, muffins. Parking was crowded but able to find spots especially in back. They make you get a permit for the car. Easy access at two major cross streets.

Front desk was super friendly and the room was great! Plenty of parking and a huge closet. Will be back for sure
