The shower only had one temperature which was scalding hot and the breakfast situation was difficult to figure out. It was never explained

Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, modern, staff are great. Only issue was that the sliding glass bathroom door came off the track and my wife was stuck in the bathroom. We had to get a maintenance person to come get her out. Disappointed the hotel never compensated us for that inconvenience.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was fabulous! Love the morning breakfasts too! Very friendly service! The only issue was that if you are trying to sleep past 6, it is not going to happen. Guests can be rude where they are loud and noisy in the halls. I wish there were signs posted in the halls for guest to be considerate and mindful of other guests while either coming in late, or leaving early. There was no sleeping in, or catching up on any sleep :(

The hotel was dirty all around. Trash over flowing outside by pool and walkway. Parking is terrible if you arrive after 8pm. The hallway of our level had a water leak and they poured white powdered stuff and it smelled like a dirty diaper the moment you exited the elevator and into your room. We arrived and it was there, we left and it was there. The front office said they “were working on it”… the bathroom shower leaked for a good 5 minutes after each use. And the toilet paper roll holder was broken. Yuck.

Room stunk of cigarette smoke. No other rooms were available. Toilet was dirty. Parking was horrendous, spaces are incredibly small and many cars double parked.

We traveled during 4th of July weekend already expecting the traffic and chaos so that did not bother us one bit. However, parking was extremely limited due to hotel lot being under construction so twice we had to park at another designated lot on East side of hotel bit of a further walk, and no change to daily parking fee $36/night, if traveling with kiddos, WiFi is also 9.95/day. The AC was locked to turn off just about every 3 mins, and was kept at a controlled temperature so for myself being 5 months pregnant preference wise the room was too warm for comfort. The breakfast buffet was of your average hotel variety they had servers, where tips are never required although makes you feel like you just should during the checking out process. The pool was usually always available, clean and perfectly located wish they had life jackets available for the kids. We probably would consider sticking with a cheaper hotel like extended stay or holiday inn for our next trip, but overall our experience of stay was a decent one.

We travel from Coachella and got to SD early. The front desk lady did her best to find us a room so we could check in even though we were about an hour and a half early. That was amazing since my sister was so tired. We got to rest and go rock on!

This hotel would get 5 stars…it is a beautiful property, but I was not impressed with a couple things. 1. The front desk employees need to work on their customers service. They were not welcoming like they should have been. Straight faced, acted like they were being bothered when anyone went up to the desk. The only exception was a hotel manager. He helped me with a food order I placed online, got a confirmation number for, but the attendee said they didn’t get because she couldn’t find the tablet. Asked for a manager and he was very nice and helpful. I was appreciative of him. 2. The parking sucked. Two small lots, and one of them was only for VIP guests. When I asked about other parking I was told I could only park on the west side which is also $17 a day. At the end of our trip we found the over flow parking on the east side next to the VIP parking that is free!! 2pm one day there were no pool towels, and we went through several room keys because ours kept deactivating.

Expensive for nothing. Yeah the pool is nice but the restaurant was below average. AC didn’t go below 69° so it was hot every night. No free parking, wifi sucked and the employees were rude. Asked for things like toilet paper, blankets, etc and never received them. Beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing though, guess that’s why it’s so expensive.

I enjoyed my stay but I didn't like the fact that the hotel charged me an extra 100$ for I don't know what. Could've been internet or parking. But regardless I had to park outside the hotel because there wasn't any space. Other than the charges, I had a a great experience.

The staff in the bar and restaurant were amazing especially Jamie and JC! The pool was lovely, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere in the lounge was cozy and welcoming.

Front desk personnel were awesome. Arrived earlier than expected but they were able to make some adjustments and got us in a room immediately!! Bathroom was very clean along with our bedroom area. Wife appreciates that😊
