I wish it had an extended dining options

Great stay, staff was excellent, restaurant staff excellent and no complaints. Loves our stay keep up the good work!! If I remember correctly her name was Christine, waitress at the restaurant. She was very nice and friendly extremely nice.

Clean room and friendly staff.

The hotel was nice and clean. The bathroom was a little small but room was nice. I love that there was a restaurant inside hotel. The only downfall is that shopping and places to eat are like 10 minutes away.

The hotel didn’t have a computer center available for guests. I was unable to submit A file to my employer. Didn’t bring my laptop. What hotel in 2025 doesn’t provide this service to customers?

The hallways are extremely noisy at night. People yelling etc. Hallway carpets were dirty.

Staff nice and property clean - however dining in the restaurant I would not recommend- doesn’t seem the staff is well trained with the proper way to serve etc Took forever to order each time we went and the prices for breakfast kept changing. But overall good property

The restaurant didn't serve any food because the stuff said they were too busy with serving the drinks in the bar. Some kids stayed in the next door. They were kicking my door, yelling until midnight. The whole overnight stay was totally a nightmare.

There were literal blood spots on the floor of our hotel room and it took room service 2 times to clean it up. The first time we put identifiers on the ground (just pieces of paper) and the paper was picked up without the spots being cleaned. I called the front desk and they came and cleaned it immediately. So the bad was the cleaning service missed cleaning blood off the floor, but the good was the front desk was very responsive and helpful.

My family if 4 reserved 2 rooms adjoining. The property is older but very convenient to the airport. The front desk staff were super sweet and accommodating. The negatives I had were that the front desk (2 different people) told us breakfast ended at 11am. We went down and the staff was cleaning up at 10am. I’d paid for it in advance and asked for a refund but the front desk staff asked them to stop cleaning it up so we were allowed to pick from what was left. That sucked. The AC didn’t work great but that was my fault for not letting them know, it was just late and we were tired. I’m sure they would’ve fixed that issue if we’d of let them know. Check out is noon which is AWESOME but the dang cleaning crew was knocking on our doors at 9am!! If check out was at 10am I can see that being appropriate but it won’t my 2yr old and 4 year old up and they went to bed late bc of arrival and that made for a crappy day. You also hear everything in the hallway with sound machines but that’s to be minimally expected. I’d probably not stay again because of the breakfast left overs that we’d paid for and the early wake up from the cleaning crew. We travel a lot and I’d of had better service from less expensive places. The staff was very very kind and sweet though. Smiley faces everywhere :)

Very quiet. Easy check-in.

We decided last minute to take our kiddos for a staycation during the 4th holiday. The indoor, outdoor pool was great for my sensory sensitive son and my two daughters who couldn't make up their mind lol. The day manager was absolutely incredible by helping us find an our missing pair of floaties! The waitstaff was extremely kind and courteous! Definitely a great time and great way to avoid over crowded Fourth of July festivities!

I loved the room. It was clean and comfortable. The dining room staff was excellent and friendly. If you think you may need an extra blanket get it right away. You shouldn’t have to pay for WiFi service.

Our check-in was great. We never heard any air traffic. That's amazing for the location. We stopped at the bar for a cocktail and were surprised to hear one employee rudely talk to another about closing out checks and getting the bar closed. We waited for 15 minutes, along with other guests, and were not greeted or acknowledged. We left and did not return. Later, that employee was at the front desk and just as rude to thos employees. While handicapped accessible, it was not easily accessible. The parking was far from the entrance, and included a hill.

Marriott is consistent in their service. Beds are great! I will usually choose them because they are consistent no matter where I go.

We stayed at the airport Marriot for convenience. An excellent property overall and great staff! However, a few issues. The lighting levels in various common spaces felt extremely low, including the auto revolving doors: lights off; the elevators: barely lit; the 5th fl landing, barely lit; broken coffee machine; no microwave; no coffee in the lobby or at the restaurant (evening); no free in room wifi; could not see the “Lobby” label next to the 2nd floor elevator button, went to floor 1 and was lost; dark there as well and saw no sign stating Lobby was on floor 2.

The staff were amazing. Everyone was so professional and polite.

The woman at the desk was very nice and I felt safe throughout my stay. I also took a shuttle to the airport and it arrived quickly after I requested one.

I was there for a funeral and not in the mood for a bad experience. The staff greeted me with a smile, was friendly and helpful, and the staff over the next couple of days were all helpful and in great moods. I will definitely stay there again.

Terrible mildew smell if air turned off. Building and decor are dingy and not well maintained. Staff was amazing however.
