Clerk at check in was surly and between his accent and mumbling almost impossible to understand. Demanded my wife's ID/driver's license in addition to my license and credit card with my photo even though I identified the reservation as being for two people. They require a $50 damage deposit at check in. Condition of the room was run down with what repairs had been done poorly done. Water in shower couldn't be turned completely off. Bed mattress totally broken down soft and lumpy so we could not get a good night's sleep. No housekeeping during stay and they will only give you one hand/face towel. Desk left unattended and there is no bell or other way to get anyone for service. Rates were low but you will be far better off paying a few dollars more snd getting an acceptable accommodation. Stay elsewhere.

The night deskman is rude & dishonest. He tried to charge me extra for a fridge- & lied about the room I wanted. I was never offered room services !! They only wanted Money !!!

The staff was really great! The king room we booked through the hotel was really nice and spacious. When we booked through a third party it wasn't nearly as nice but still great for the price. Great location! No breakfast though.

A random person was given access to my room not even an hour after i arrived, the door lock was broken, the toilet flush handle came off when you used it small ants also around the desk in the room, 50 dollar deposit that wasn’t mentioned until I arrived and they don’t even have change. They also won’t let you use the main lobby that’s were the chill

The bed was a little short for someone like me who is tall and I had some items that needed to be refrigerated and had to rent it for an extra $15 per night. Most of the places I have stayed at in the last decade or more include a refrigerator in the room. Also the bathroom was tight, really tight and hard to get in with the poor room design. Other than that it was okay. You get what you pay for.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean, with pleasant and helpful staff. The building and grounds are well-maintained. It is a simple, basic room for an excellent price. It had a frig, microwave, coffee maker, and safe in the room. I would stop here again.

The air in our room barely kept the room cool, I didn’t complain because we were only staying the night bc our daughter got flew to the hospital we had been up 24 hours or longer. The guy at check in was very hateful with me there were burn holes in our covers although they are “smoke free” we did take pictures bc I didn’t want the blame. It’s actually clean and location isn’t bad at all over all I will give 3 stars just because of what I stated above.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DIRTY ROOM AND NO POWER TO CHARGE MY PHONE. NO BREAKFAST. WAITING TOO LONG TO CHECK IN. RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. MONEY SPEND SOMEWHERE ELSE IS BETTER THEN THIS PLACE.

They had bed bugs and when i told the front desk all they could say was oh ill have my cleaners look. Didnt offer refund or anything. Its smelt bad. Would not recommend

I did not check in no one was at the desk. It looked to be bed bug infested & like a drug/prostitution ring. The pictures on the internet are deceiving. This place should be closed down.

Desk clerk took forever and did not know how to work their system. Could not get ground floor room even though there were obviously a number unoccupied. TV did not work. Coffee pot did not work and there was only one cup if it had worked. Desk not attended to inform them of problems. Condition has been deteriorating for a few years now. Will stay elsewhere in the future.

My stay were a great one. Rooms were clean. Front desk area were clean. Grounds were cleaned. Enjoyed the free WI-FI. Area were very quiet and close to various Restaurants and to the highway. Thanks!

The room smelled weird and i asked for a room freshener. They didn’t even gave that to me.

Clean suite, looks to be recently renovated. Good area with multiple other hotels and restaurants. Pet friendly and feels safe to this solo female traveler. Checking agent was sweet and professional. I would definitely stay here again, if in the area.

Well i didnt mind the room much but today looking at my cc statement they kept part of my deposit. I didnt do anything but shower and sleep in the bed so they must carge for dirty towel and messing up the bed. I travel for work and after this i will never stay at red roof again.

People going drugs in the parking lot. Room smelled like smoke. Stains on comforter. Lobby closed after hours. Had to pay through a bullet proof glass lol. Surprised it was so sketchy in such a nice area of town

The room was full of bugs and it stinks of smoke of some kind even though it is a non smoking room. The staff were not helpful and the corridors were dirty. The area is sketchy and people were smoking in the corridors and stairs

Reliable property for a short stay

We asked the property manager to come fix our AC that was making terrible noise. After showing up only after my husband physically went to front desk to get him; he stated there was nothing he could do. At first he offered to switch us to another property but then stated since this was our second night and we didn’t complain the first night he couldn’t switch us. We asked to be moved to another room and he claimed that they were completely booked. We tried lowering the temp on AC so it wouldn’t continuously run with the noise but it was very hot outside and ran most of time anyway. We ended up leaving a day early because of room conditions.

The white bed spread had a huge stain right on top which they covered with another blanket. There were no washcloths in the room at all & the two towels were dingy and stained as well. Many different hairs on each wall of the shower. No soap. I didn’t even touch the microwave to see what that looked like.
