While the stay in the hotel was very pleasant unfortunately there is a very big problem with data security. After I checked out my credit card company informed me that a unauthorized request for payment was made on my card by the hotel. Fortunately the credit card stopped the charge. The charge was made after I checked out. I called the hotel and they denied the charge was made and could not explained it. Also when I checked out no receipt was provided. I finally received one via email. Obviously there is a problem with credit card security which keeps me from staying there again. I am just happy the credit card company caught it. Also I have not received my deposit back at this time.

It’s a great place to stay for baseball tournaments as it’s close to the sports complex. It can get very busy and noisy with all the players and families coming in and out, in the lobby and dining area, and taking over the pool area so if you want something quiet, this might not be the place for you. There’s nothing close by but several office complexes but the RBG restaurant offers lots of options. Our group had great service and our dinner was tasty. The rooms are average but clean. If you want breakfast, the charge is $15 per person for a normal continental style meal, which is free at most hotels. They’ll ask you if you want to purchase breakfast upon check-in but I recommend waiting to see if there is something you like first. There is no refund and there is the option to pay at breakfast as well. The biggest complaint is the scent. This hotel has an extremely heavy perfumed scent pushing through the halls on a constant basis. If you’re prone to allergies, asthma or headaches I would NOT recommend this hotel. Due to this alone, we will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Pleasantly surprised with the upscale hotel stay, just a 1 night stay but we used the pool and our room was very large, everything was great. Slept well, quiet property.

The bed was not comfortable. Everything else was excellent customer service great very quiet hotel. We were very surprised.

Everything went smoothly, don’t like that they take a $150 deposit, but hopefully they return the deposit quickly

One night stay. Across the street from the baseball complex. The front desk was welcoming and accommodating. The King Suite was clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet provided all family members with a plentiful variety of food and beverage from which to choose.

Hotel has a small reception area but the staff are very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at their restaurant/ bar and the food was delicious. The room was overall clean and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located close to Levi Stadium, we stayed there to assist to the Rolling Stones concert. Hotel provided shuttle service to Levi Stadium during the concert and was definitely a plus.

Great price. Only disappointed with how well I could hear people in the hallways and above us.

Great stay overall the hotel was clean and well kept. There is an option for breakfast, which our stay included definitely would recommend even if we had to pay for it. There is good variety and everything was fresh from that day.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson that we extended our stay twice! The moment we walked into the hotel, we were greeted by very welcoming front desk. All the staff were friendly. We liked the hardwood floor in the room that makes the room look spacious and clean. Beds were comfy and all the lights around the bed were very handy. Fitness centre has all the equipment for a quick workout. A great hotel overall. We’ll definitely come back again.

The place was very clean and staff were nice. We got free breakfast pass due to silver rating in Expedia which was nice. The only issue is the hotel location. It was in an area where there were no dining or shopping or any entertainment nearby
