We spent a lot of time looking for our room, the pool , etc because there was no map or directions given. It is a very large property and there needs to be better signage!

Went to check in and they were overbooked and had no rooms for my family. No email or text was sent regarding their inability to have our rooms. This caused great problems, didnt get a room until well past 1am at a different hotel and I want my money refunded.

Conveniently located next to restaurants, entertainment and highway

Room and outdoor pool was nice. Property was average. There were groups of people standing outside various entrances/exits smoking weed all day. Never saw security either

It was a nice place to stay, but the pillows were the most uncomfortable ones I've encountered.

Was there for the legion baseball all star game at American family field on Sunday. Stayed Saturday night. Paid for the dinner on Saturday night and breakfast on Sunday morning. Very disappointed in both. The food was very slim. Didn’t come out with more food. Paid good money. Would have been cheaper going out to dinner

The rooms were nice! Would have better with free breakfast. Back parking lot had no lights working. Feels unsafe at night in the parking lot.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this Sheraton Milwaukee. The staff was excellent and ecceptional.

I contacted you with regard to canceling my reservation almost a week before the date we were going to arrive. We had been in a car accident and we were unable to travel to this hotel. So we canceled our reservation and kindly asked for a refund due to the fact it was almost a week in advance, and we have been in this car accident. But you would not give me my refund back so that’s my review of your hotel. Never spent a day there.

I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and Clean

Good: clean hotel, friendly staff, hot showers, comfy bed, neat and tidy room, 2 pools. Bad: Dark parking lot all the lights in the back of the hotel parking lot don’t work, extra $15 for breakfast, have to pay for coffee as well but there are paltry choices with a maker in the room (bright side) the entrance to the hotel has rock and part of the blacktop tore up with lots of construction (not the hotels fault but no warning), the tv pixelated the whole time we were there. Not overly bad stay just heads up for others

When we got off the elevator there were 8-10 floor dryers down the hallway. Smelled really musty. Entered the room and all the lights were on. What a waste! There were hairs in the shower and dirt behind the door in the bathroom. We also found pizza bites in the freezer part of the fridge.....

Decent property. Hertz rental, not so much.

Asian woman that work night shift double charge my card after I told her the first payment was approved and couldn’t do anything about it. Horrible customer service.

Professional and courteous staff, cleanliness, luxurious rooms. The only thing that took away from our experience was all the construction around the property but once it’s done I’m sure it will look better than ever.

Worse hotel we've stayed! Filthy floor, no phone in the room, outlet not working, shower dirty and no water! They never informed us that water is shut down! We were told it should be back in an hour. 2 hours later, still no water! Staff was unprofessional and very rude! Left voicemail to manager no response! Save your money and go somewhere else!

The hotel itself was nice, your bartender lady excellent, she went above and beyond very friendly, she just closed and still got me a drink. That was very kind of her and made sure to tip nicely as well. The front desk on the other hand gave scars trying to act like they were saying want I wanted to hear, but not giving truthful answers. Like is it ok to be in pool after 10 she says yes until it was after 10 and we were locked out then she says you asked this at 930 it was still open then, okay but what I asked is 10 pm a strict time or is it okay to be there after 10 if we are quiet. The answer was yes we could definitely not true. Then Buffett was $15/ person and the food was COLD, waitresses weren’t friendly. I asked if they had white toast or any toast, and syrup. She rudely said what we have is out there. I said so you don’t serve syrup with French toast or pancakes?? Then she found syrup. The front desk also cost me a fee in my card. They started it wouldn’t be charged when I asked, but it was charged a $50 hold, yes I understand I get that back. But if I ask if I’m getting charged, and you say no. Then nothing should be on my card not even a hold. Most people that say no, either hold no money or hold $1 to make sure the card is legit. So because I asked the question, and she said no, I gave her my card and now have a non sufficient funds charge. The staff took 40 min to bring one rope and one towel when I asked front desk for 2 towel and 2 robes. So had to wait longer.

Clean but a bit run down. Ice machines on the first through third floors weren't working. Weights from gym were missing. Too expensive given the condition of the hotel.

Overall the place was good- clean bedroom except the toilet had yellow stains and when they clean the rooms, they keep the dirty linens outside of each hotel room.

It was ok. The room was clean, the front desk service was not my favorite as a Marriot Gold member. I don’t like being treated like a transaction. I will not be returning here.

This property needs to do a better job with ventilation and maintenance. The hallways smell musty. The tub did not drain. It was still full 24 hours after I asked the front desk to check. On the good side, the rooms are spacious.

I love this hotel the staff are amazing and the building is a plus 10/10

Our room was very clean. Thank you! However, the bathroom had no counter space. It was just a pedestal sink. The toilet did not even have a lid. The shower head was only 5' 5" tall and the water temperature would alternate between cold and scalding. It was by far the worst bathroom we have ever had in a hotel room. It made our stay very inconvenient and frustrating.

Bed was so comfortable! Only con to our stay was that the indoor pool was pretty murky
