We loved the property and the amenities including the market/restaurant/bar. Great job! If the weather had been better we would have enjoyed the courtyard as well, all well done. The however is that I’m pretty sure we were placed in one of the worst guest rooms. There was a window but the view only allowed sight of the covered dark staircase leading upstairs. So basically a windowless room. We were inundated with roller bags upstairs and downstairs that were as loud as the thunder this morning. No walkways from parking to our room which was a hike. I used my hotels awards status and got a nice discount which should be a bonus. Instead I felt we were given the room because of the rewards used. In the end it felt like more of a punishment. I find it hard to believe they were full up on a non holiday non summer Thursday night.

Rooms are very nicely decorated the retro team we love it, they were a little to dark. The restaurant and service was spectacular.

Worst hotel ever.. specially the AC units on the rooms are so noisy and me and my family couldn’t sleep at all plus they will charge $150 plus after u already paid for the nights. Its very dumb

We liked it. Easy to find, comfortable room. The bartender was weird given how much drinks were and it was confusing how to order food at the "General Store" but those are small issues.

Entry keycards were not activated when tried to enter room. Remote control batteries were dead and corroded. Room was dark and not well cleaned. Food and drinks were expensive but good.

Our room was lovely. However, the pool was under construction and the gym was also not available!! For these two major amenities not available, i feel they should have returned some of the cost of the room itself!! We should have also been notified prior to making a reservation that these amenities were not available.

Very eclectic quant property with a 60's type atmosphere. Very enjoyable stay would highly recommend!! Stay was exceptional as well.

I have been to the lodge many times with friends for drinks or dinner & love the property. This was my 1st time staying in the rooms. They are quaint & decorated simply & nice! The bed was very comfortable as well!

The hotel was very nice but our booking said there was a pool and sauna. Very important after a long day of hiking. The pool was closed and we were given no advanced warning.

Awesome place. Vibe great. Good bar, restaurant. Fire pits outside. People hanging out, chilling. DJ came in at 7 and played great music. Really good experience. Recharge I needed on long trip. Highly recommend.

The pool and Jacuzzi were both under construction. I was really looking forward to using them and disappointed to find them. They were both under construction. I don’t feel like I should have been charged as much if I could not use those amenities.

Generic property; rooms are dark and nondescript. Pool/sauna were under renovation (NO mention of it on website or upon check-in). Bar/restaurant (and patio) were nice but overpriced (beer-$10, wine-$16, pizza (flatbread style-$20). Plenty of better places nearby this Notthern Arizona University neighborhood.

The lower level lights outside did not work. You couldn’t see a thing.

Charming revamped motel with luxury touches from the coffee in room to the coffee bar, cocktails, and restaurant onsite.

just a quick overnight to get away from home for a bit. we especially liked the cocktail lounge for a nightcap and we appreciated the location being so close to great places for dinner and breakfast in downtown.

I paid for a room with pool view but only found out their pool is still in construction, unbelievable false advertisement and dishonesty

We loved staying here! The lobby was beautiful and a really cool place to hang out. The room was very clean, had a nice coffee station, and a boom box and cassettes… which was super fun for my son who had never seen or used a cassette player before!

Beautiful place , we chose to stay here 2 night during our road trip as it had pool , dining , games and basically the pictures were amazing . Only down fall is when we got there the pool was closed for renovations . Had we known this prior we would have never found this cute place . It’s defiantly worth trying

This is a lovely property, the rooms are not only adorable, but also clean and comfortable. The pictures are so accurate which is refreshing!

Cool funky, not your usual "motor lodge" experience!!! Super comfy bed, amazing in room coffee setup (not Keurig) you HAVE to try. Cool inside/outside bar/restaurant with great drinks and pizzas among otger items. So glad i picked it.

Hi very good hotel on the way from Phoenix to Grand Canyon. Stay one night with family. Room very good only the air conditioning unit was really noisy. People at reception were very nice.

Community areas of the hotel are excellent; however, the room was damp and musty. Even the bedding had a moldy smell to it. They obviously just put new paint in old rooms and called it renovated. Photos are much more attractive than the rooms actually are.

Generally about average. Some of the lights and the power sockets did not work. It seems to be rates at 4 stars. But this is a 3 star establishment at best. The room was clean and tidy. The service was excellent.

Excellent place to stay. Close to downtown, close to the university. Very helpful staff, we were pulling a trailer and they were fine with us taking multiple parking spots. The teas provided in the room are yummy.
