The meals that were provided free of charge were excellent. We enjoyed them very much. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had during our stay was that the main TV did not work. When we brought it to the attention of the main desk nothing was done about it. Outside of this issue everything was great and we would definitely stay at this property again.

Shower was broken so there was water everywhere in the bathroom. Service was awful, at check-innobody told us where the find the included breakfast so we ended up paying for it in the Brasserie without knowing. Not recommendable

My visit was very short, less than 24hrs, but for the time I was there, I was very pleased and would definitely recommend/stay there agian. We were able to check in early (not always possible, but this really eased our day), we could walk to the Messe for our conference, taxis were readily available outside, and we went to a great restaurant that was walking distance from the hotel. Rooms were very clean and I had a great view of the city.

I arrived at 7am, after an overnight flight — roughly 9 hours before checkin — and desperate for a nap. I expected extensive negotiation for an early checkin, but they immediately offered it, no problem.

Great hotel with very nice staff. Restaurants and champions bar are legendary since many years. Rooms are good. Nice comfortable beds. super clean. Quiet. All you need is there when you are on a business trip.
Eventually the aircondition system could receive a refurbishment at some point. But that is minor.

Very busy hotel. Staff was friendly and professional. The sports bar/restaurant had good food. Breakfast buffet was big with lots of choices. Room had a nice view. Small park across the street was nice to take a walk through.

Beautiful large hotel. Felt safe and clean after a long day of traveling, great staff and a fairly convenient location. Definitely recommend for a stay in Frankfurt!

It was a standard Marriot Highrise. We didn’t read small print on extra fees so on this part it was our error - hotel bathroom there was mold in shower,tea kettle needed cleaning. And while they offer water in the reception area the coffee is ONLY airline staff - this was made pretty clear as my spouse did not see sign indicating - we were disappointed so much we left one day prior to our departure knowing we would not be refunded that night stay. It was a lengthy walk to many of the site seeing (Old Town) area.

Liked: Close walking access to the Messe exhibition halls and good dining. High rise bedrooms.
Didn't like: Old fashioned room with malfunctioning aircon and tired bathroom with shower over bath not bath tray. No drench head on shower - bathrom felt 3 star at best. Room service delivered in paper bags and foil trays luke warm - almost 2 star!

Wasnt as clean as it should have been. Found someone elses clothes in closet. Carpet in room felt dirty. If that carpet was removed with wood floor like the rest room
Would be much better. Air condition in room did not work well. Woke up sweaty in middle of night. Room

Checking in and out was a disaster. Before we could get our two rooms we had to wait, change and return to the reception several times. Keys did not work, kids beds were not made, water bottle of previous client in the room fridge…the rest of the stay was flawless.

Property refused to make any sort of gesture for the inconvenience as booked through 3rd party ie Expedia.Good breakfast and staff in the restaurant very nice.
