Stopped for one overnight stay. Room and facilities were safe, quiet, had easy parking. There were many dining options nearby for lunch or supper. Complementary breakfast was very good.
The only thing we didn't like was that Best Western Smith Falls required a $100 damage security deposit charged to our credit card with a promise to reembursed if no damages were identified.

Didn’t like the fact that I was on the second floor and no elevator. Loved the outdoor pool. Was warm and big enough to do lengths. Nice lounge chairs. Pool was very clean.

Receptionist was great. We had 3 rooms and all the guests were impressed by the service, facility and food.
We stopped in this town to visit the railway museum and other museums.

Easy access to town and highways. The staff was friendly, informed about the area and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean with a pleasant breakfast area. The room was very clean also. Could have had better pillows but that’s minor to all else. Great stay.

We had more than one issue finding someone else’s fecal matter in our bathroom. Told desk staff, they sent someone to clean, contacted Expedia and asked if I should talk to Expedia about my issues or the hotel. They said them. They responded saying best western refused to do anything for me because “it wasn’t reported to the desk”, which it most definitely was. Super frustrated with this issue and will make sure anyone who is visiting our family in Smith’s Falls goes elsewhere.
The pool liner was dirty and had a foot long section coming apart from the wall. Cigarette butts floating in pool.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Expedia failed I am sure I ordered a king bed and did not get it. I had rotator cuff surgery and required a king. Very happy with hotel but not Expedia next time I will probably book directly with hotel.

The window in our unit 116 would not lock. I called the front desk and in less than 10 minutes someone came and fixed it. I would certainly stay here again.

Although it was very clean it was also extremely expensive for what you get. The wifi was down and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The surrounding area was very dangerous to walk in the evening and full of people abusing drugs and panhandling.

Breakfast staff was remarkable! She interacted with guests by checking in and asking if they needed something and replenished food quickly when it was running low. Great job!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at your property. Two people who were very friendly and welcoming were Glenda at the front desk and the young lady who worked in the breakfast area. She went out of her way to please us and made us fresh scrabbled eggs every morning. The only downfall were a couple of different girls who worked the front desk other than Glenda. They were not welcoming at all! When we walked in they didn't look up from either their phone or the computer to say hello. Not the type of customer service I expect. The other disappointment was the outdoor pool was not open! With such hot weather we were looking forward to sitting by the pool and going for a dip. However, they are apparently waiting for a Government inspection. Too bad!

The breakfast sausages tasted like they were dipped in pinesol, very strange flavour, and the eggs were dried up like they were reserved. The hotel itself was clean upon arrival. Our bed was made the next day but the dirty table not wiped off. The outside was kept spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful!

Positive: Staff were wonderful at front desk, breakfast room staff was amazing, housekeeping was good. Breakfast was great, especially strawberry preserves for waffles.
Improvements needed:
Room with two beds had two doubles, not two queens so was close quarters. Pool was not in service so was disappointing as that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

The place was a little grubby. Finding her in the bathroom is never fun.
The people in the adjacent room were loud until nearly midnight. Unfortunately, there was a common door between our suites, and no door seal to dampen the noise.

The quality of service was not on par with the price. The room was small and simple, looking out on the parking lot at the back. No basic services we’d expect from a hotel of this type, like internet TV, or drinking water in the room. Food quality at breakfast was not to our liking. Though we appreciated staff as they were friendly and welcoming, we’d expect this level of overall quality of facilities and services from hotels below this price range.
