Fab and conveniently located hotel. Staff are lovely and helpful- can hear the sound of the tracks but it is barely noticeable after a busy day sightseeing ( earplugs are provided too )
Only down side was that the cleaner on the second day had obviously been in the room but didn’t do any reset- had to go to reception to ask for the things we needed - but this was easily resolved.

First time in copenhagen and I really wouldn’t have dreamt of a better place to have my first experience. Great helpful desk team, and hotel next to everything, train a cross the streat. I loved it and so happy of my choice. If ever I come back for sure I’ll be staying here.

Our stay here was perfect, the hotel is very conveniently placed for metro, train and bus routes around all of Copenhagen. The staff were helpful, check in was very quick and the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable! We got the railway sleeper 160, right beside the tracks coming into Østerport station, which was great for watching many trains. Even though we were beside the tracks and heard trains we slept like babies, but there were also earplugs in the rooms should they be required. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody spending time in Copenhagen, it was amazing!

Great location, we walked everywhere, could reach the city attractions in around 20mins or less. Train from and to airport right across the road cost under £6 return. Staff were so friendly and we had a comfortable room with a fabulous shower.

Excellent location, and great access to public transit immediately across the street from Osterport Train Station. However, no AC or ceiling fans, so had to open window for ventilation and listen to trains passing by every 5-10 minutes.

Great staff and nice short walk to the city centre. There is a train track next door but you know that before booking and it is convenient to be on the main train line through the city.

If your room is odd numbered, you might be OK, but it's not exaggerating to say that an even numbered room (such as ours, 320) is literally metres from the railway tracks. The trains run all night, and the noisiest trains are nearest to the hotel. My fitness tracking watch shows that I woke up repeatedly through the night. Not recommended.

The location is perfect: literally right next to Osterport station, so it is noisy. The bed sheets were not clean either.

Good hotel, beside train line so it is noisy but after the first night you get used to it. This does mean you’re very close to the train station which is handy. Clean and tidy. Staff were nice.

The location was perfect for our stay! Around 2 minutes to the metro and train stations. The room was lovely, you did not notice the noise of the trains outside the room, although it was a cool sight in the mornings.

Will miss this place. It accommodates what tourists need such nearby convenience stores, trains, 15 minute walk to the city centre. Friendly staff and clean hotel. Will definitely recommend to friends if they visit Copenhagen.

The hotel is clean, but no air conditioning. Clearly the region is not an active business region. There are almost no restaurants or shops around the hotel. One has to walk a long way to find some. Local people told me that the area near the hotel is indeed not so safe, although I did not feel too much. Anyway there are very few people in the night, except the train station.

Trains are not a problem at all at least in Sleeper rooms. I don’t understand all those people complaining.
Drinkable tap water was nice surprise.
Cleaning service left my room more messy as it was before cleaning and did not refill tea/cups.
Wasted an hour trying to make Chromecast working and then found out from the reception that new owner decided to stop service subscription (but it’s still there in tv hotel menu).

Excellent location near the Ostport train/metro station makes logistics a breeze to get around. Clean facility but rather noisy as it is next to the train tracks so light sleepers beware. No AC so can be very stuffy if you can’t keep the window open (because of the noise of trains thundering past). Breakfast is good. Decent value in an incredibly expensive city.

This hotel has no A/C. The rooms are hot and humid. They give you a fan, but it has no effect.
I stayed in June. Winter months may be better.
Also save your money and Don’t get the breakfast. It’s not worth the money. Standard Continental breakfast.
There is a store across the street that has better options.
