Not so good service. Broken Ice machine and no extra pillow whèn I ask.

This was the cheapest option to stay a night in St. Cloud, besides slumming it in my own car at a Walmart parking lot (which I had actually considered). Nonetheless, I'm glad I elected to stay here. The staff is very friendly, and they are willing to accommodate anything within their power. It was quiet, comfortable, and there were lots of TV channel options. I would stay here again, easily.

Ceiling in bathroom full of mold. Tub set up to spew water all over if mot overfilled. Entire building smells like marijuana.

The hotel was in poor condition, there was no continental breakfast and there was trash left in our room from the previous guest. Pool was closed but was not notates on the website that I found.

The sink didn’t turn on. It looked like just a prop. There was a bunch of toilet paper shoved in the wall where the pipe came in. Big cigarette burn on the toilet seat. Charging outlets didn’t work. Pretty sure the bedspread hasn’t been washed in awhile.

Horrible experience. We could not stay due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallsways and chemical smell inside of the rooms to mask the smoke. Staff have refused to give us a refund - we have spoken to hotels.com, two front desk staff, and the general manager, all of whom have refused a refund.

It smelled of smoke and marijuana consistently. The air conditioner had leaking underneath so my socks were drenched and mildew was present. The worst was that we had a pullout sleeper sofa in which we asked for sheets and a blanket for my son, and they seemed puzzled and needed to “check on that” but never not back to us, so my son had to cover up and sleep on towels that we brought from home.

The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke—so much so that all the clothes in my bag when I got home smelled like smoke. The area around the hotel was all under construction, The road was torn up, and you had to go through a Road Closed sign to get there. The in-door pool was under construction. The floors hadn't been vacuumed well; there were bits of chips and peanuts on the floor. The front desk staff was pleasant. But overall, the room felt dank and musty and smokey.

This property was not as pictures. Starting with the front entry, we were immediately hit with the smell of pet urine and smoke, and the furniture was torn. In our room, the pillows and blanket had several noticeable stains, and when we went to ask for others, we were denied. We did not stay the night

The desk was as helpful, and apologetic, as he could be but we felt unsafe and had to switch rooms due to dirty linens, no soap, no towels. We also had very poor a/c. We were even worried about whether our vehicle was secure. We were told there were cameras everywhere, though we saw none

We were given a room key for a room that was already occupied. Walked in on another guest. It made me feel very unsafe. It was after 2:00am or I would have probably gone somewhere else.

I had a very nice stay there. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked new. The only negative was the bottom of the tub was slippery for my shower and I had to put a towel in the tub to stand on so I would not slip. I would come back again. The staff were courteous and helpful.

This hotel was quiet, clean, convenient & affordable. Building and room had a nice fresh scent. Pleasant & friendly staff. Check in & check out went smoothly. I had to pay a $60.00 cash deposit, which I didn't mind because it is a far cry of what other hotels in the area wanting $ 200.00 - $250.00 for incidentials. I am going to be coming back here again on my way back east.

The carpet was sooo dirty and it looks like it has never seen vacuum. Pillow cases were not clean either.Metal bed frame stuck out and my husband and I both fit our legs on it. Very hard to find this place too. We kept driving around and around for about an hour trying to find it. Understandable for now I guess as of the construction but the gps wouldn’t let us put the address in

The hotel was a mess. The front desk person didn't know how to properly check us in, and once w made it to our room, we found multiple cockroaches, no garbage can, and mysterious stains on the walls.

This was the scariest place we’ve ever stayed, in all our years of travel. While checking in my husband witnessed one of the people smoking crack outside the hotel and inside was no better. The whole place smelled of drugs. We were afraid to sleep. We were afraid to get into the bed or under the blankets, since everything looked old and crusty. There were stains on the walls, in the drawers, and mold all over the bathroom. The receptionist took a $60 cash deposit and acted like he couldn’t find our envelope when we went to collect it. Stay as far away from this hotel as possible!

Inexpensive, everything was clean, everything in the room worked, WiFi worked, the room I was in was recently repainted. The manager and employees were nice.
People parked in the place where you pull up to go check in, and it was blocked for several hours - not sure why they allowed that. And they require a $60 cash deposit for "incidentals" - i.e., room damage. You get it back at the end. It's just a scam to get you to use the cash machine in their lobby, since I am guessing they get half the $4 it costs to get cash.

I would not stay there again. Hard to find with the construction, not the best area, sirens and trains all night long. Cooling fan didn't work had to have windows open which was a bit frightening. One of the doors didn't unlock with the pass key so people propped it open all night. There were lights in the parking lot but the people around the hotel at night were not the people you would want to meet alone. No place to walk the dogs because of all the roadwork. Beds uncomfortable, pillows weren't bed pillows. Left as early as daylight would allow. You get what you pay for..,..

As far as economy motels go, this was above average. Upgrades have been made and you can tell. If you’re a perfectionist you won’t be pleased because we encountered a number of small problems but overall we got more than we paid for. Not that close to the interstate but neither were most of the others we considered in Saint Cloud. Exterior needs the most love but on the upside there was ample parking if you have a truck and or trailer which we did. I’d stay again. Also had a continental breakfast where most cheaper motels Might have coffee if your lucky.

This place not qualify to stay. The rooms are stinky with dog pee and poop. Bed sheets and towels are all stinky. I supposed stay 3 nights but I have to abandon my money because of my health. The old woman( manager) was also rude and disrespectful. Expedia should refund me. This was the worst experience
