The staff member at check-in was exceptional.

close to airport, free shuttle to airport, elevators were broke, so had to stay on 1 st floor, noisy. need better lighting in bathroom, very dark

Good location

Absolutely horrible check-in experience. I booked 2 rooms through hotels.com. The manager tells me I only have one room. He never asks if the other room may have a different last name (I booked both under mine). But I suggested he check and sure enough he finds the 2nd room (only after I showed him the booking confirmation). He then tells us the hotel is full and that the 2nd room was canceled. Showed us a hand-written note on a reservation print out. Cancelled bc the hotel randomly decided to cancel it. He knew we are platinum bonvoy guests - that’s why we chose a Marriott in the first place!! PLATINUM. And I don’t mean that ugly. But he sees this and doesn’t care about any status or loyalty to Marriott. It proceeds his next move: to stop helping us and helps 6 more guests telling us they booked directly. Doubtful!! He REPEATEDLY said it was a problem that we booked through a 3rd party. I have used hotels.com for years and never had an issue like this! When we questioned why he was giving rooms to others although ours was cancelled, he again stated 3rd party excuse and said “when I’m done helping all these other people, you and I will have a conversation.” Rude. Outcome: he miraculously found a room. 🙄 TV doesn’t work. Also, one of the guests complained their room smelled of cigarette smoke and he said “nothing I can do. In about an hour I can give you a deodorizing spray.” But hey, bright side - that man was helped before us.

Quick and easy check-in. Clean and spacious rooms. The hotel smells really good and fresh.

Staff was fabulous

Breakfast bar was delicious. TVs in the room could have been a little bigger. I have to use close cation so it was difficult to read from a distance.

Staff was very pleasant. Went out of their way to accommodate us.

This Fairfield inn location is in terrible condition and it gives the brand a bad name Extremely noisy and the rooms and bathrooms are in real need for renovations…

I was greeted by a very friendly young women when I went to check in. My room was very nice, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good as well. It was a great stay. I definitely would stay there again

Close to the airport, my husband said he could hear everything almost like the window wasn't shut. With that said, the noise did not bother me nor did it keep me awake.

It’s a very nice hotel but I wish there was a restaurant on property. The area has good dining options and there’s good parking at the hotel. I never received an 11 am wake-up call as requested and I was told that the engineering department would look into it.

Was conveniently close to Applebees and we were able to walk.

Nice hotel near the airport. It was clean, and staff was friendly and pleasant. The highway was very loud. The continental breakfast was delicious—excellent.

The staff and hotel were great. Breakfast was what I expected in the little buffet. My only problem was the noise from the highway next to the hotel. I actually checked the window to see if it was open. I would not stay there again because of the road noise

Old and dull

The night clerk on 6/22/23 couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. After a harrowing flight from FL it was great to have a hassle free check in and a comfortable bed for sleeping.

Staff was wonderful. Conveniently located to downtown Allentown.

Clean room but near the airport and US 22. We did hear road noise a lot and airplanes on occasion.
