Staff were generally nice and approachable however when we requested extra towels for a family of four in the morning the housekeeper was a bit rude. The swiming pool is only for swimmers there is no shallow area for young non swmmers. Breakfast was good with lots to choose from. All in all a good stay.

We have had a very good stay at the hotel. However, I had to pay 20 euros per day for parking. This is the first time ever I have found that hotel guests are charged for parking. I hope, the hotel or Expedia should make it very clear while booking.

Pool was amazing

The hotel is generally very good. My only complaint is the swimming pool’s temperature is so cold so didn’t enjoy it. The hotel is located in a very busy noisy road, hence can be a bit too much however I was on 8th floor so can’t hardly hear the noise of the city.

What a great stay! Swimming pool, sauna available. Our room on the 9th floor was great. The staff is really nice. The tram station is a bit far away. But our kids were flabbergasted (so were we). And Antwerp worths the visit.

We chose this hotel for the third time due to its spacious Queen beds. The mattress provides a very good nights sleep and the price for the room is reasonable.

The Hotel is clean, well equipped and the staff were excellent, friendly and incredibly helpful with our requirements. The rooms are well equipped, clean and modern, with excellent coffee facilities in room.

The hotel is not too bad. Nice pool for the kids. A bit far from the centre but if you are driving then its ok. Team very friendly. The only reason i gave a 3 star is because we were sat with another family for breakfast and i did not feel comfortable at all. Its supposed to be a hotel not staff room that u go and sit with whoever u want on ur break.

Second time staying at this hotel. Stayed for one night on a business trip. Great hotel with wonderful facilities. Food in the bar is expensive 22 euros for a burger but there is a cafe at the garage next door with cheaper options. Great hotel would definitely stay again. 12:00 check out also really helped as my meeting the next day was not till 1.

The room was extremely hot, no matter what we did. Opening the window was hardly an option as the noise from the road was extremely loud. The AC wasn’t working properly, again didn’t matter what temperature we tried. Please, fix the ac. Overall hotel is good.

Everything ok

Bad service, we e.g. had to ask for toilet papir 2 times, acount for payment in the bar didnt work, even after several request We got a free beer as compensation when check out, that was nice of her

The hotel is a bit old, the rooms are adequate, good bed. The heating is difficult to control (too hot7 too cold) I just switched it off (it was not that easy. Good sauna and steam room, swimming pool not available. Very annoying lifts, only two working with the hotel full of guests it was a torture. check out personell not sufficient. Barely worth the rate in my opinion.

Nice hotel with what is needed. Difference in hotel staff depending on who you talked to - generally nice though.

The smell

Upon arrival, the room was extremely hot. We set the A/C to 18 and left for a few hours. When we returned, the room temperature was 23. We spoke with staff, they came up and said that the A/C wasn't able to cool the room any further and it's beyond their control. They brought us a fan to help, however it didn't do much. The electrical outlet had fallen open and was exposed. We requested a box of tissues twice because they weren't refilled, non were ever brought to us. Upon check out, we were asked about our stay, we again explained the problems we experienced and the response was "OK, thank you, see you next time"??? This hotel is far from a 4 star, very dated and it seemed most things don't work and service is a challenge at best. Very disappointed with our experience!

The staff really made the difference in this hotel! They were great. Once thing needs to be addressed. The restaurant staff were not very pleasant or easy to work with. Every time I spoke with them I felt like I was bothering them. Other than the restaurant staff the hotel was great. Highly recommend....

The hotel was lovely, we especially enjoyed the infinity pool and spa facilities and the breakfast was immense with every breakfast item imaginable on offer. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Nice and comfy rooms

I specifically booked this hotel because there was a bath included (spending this amount of money, I would have like to take a bath). Arriving 02/12 at 21:00 the male receptionist informed me there are no rooms with bath; due to constructions all room with baths will cease and there will be only 2 (not available to me). Why mention it on the website then? I asked the receptionist for a complimentary drink for the dissapointment, the receptionist told me not possible, the shop and reception have 2 different systems. Room interior was also dated. Feel a bit deceived out of my money.
