Very quiet and clean. Elevator was a little sketchy sounding. Also our room was the completw opposite of the the working elevator. Over all would stay there again.

We paid ahead on hotels.com. Upon arrival we were told that the fitness center was closed for the duration of our stay which was very important to us. We were also told that the elevator near our room was down. We checked in and went to our room and the shower had hairs in it and there was a dirty mark on the comforter. We talked to the man at the front desk about moving and/or getting some type of compensation and were told that we'd have to call the manager in the morning. The rep from hotels.Com also tried to get us a refund so we could move and was told the same thing. We terminated our trip a day early and explained to the woman at the desk why and all we got was an "I'm sorry".

Comfortable beds, quiet, clean.

Our first room had a very disgusting bathroom but we were moved into a different room that was better. The service was good but it was very noisy on our floor which kept waking my daughter and I up.

We were welcomed and accommodated as we arrived a bit earlier than check in. Accommodations were perfect.

This property was recently upgraded, and speaking generally it is very nice. Very clean. I would probably stay there again. However... Their upgrades caused some issues that need to be addressed. It is hard to open the new room doors. Seriously. You have to finesse the lock and then throw yourself into the door at the exact right second. Also it appears they removed a bunch of outlets in the room. It should not be a challenging to charge your computer at the desk or your phone on the night stand. Mostly good, but some really dumb things that need to be fixed.

Great place to stay while traveling through Ohio.

The room was recently redone/updated, so was more modern looking. Unfortunately, they did away with their bathtubs. Also, it was odd that the bed face the outer window, rather than the TV, so you had to view it sideways if watching from bed. The shower floor had a dirty mark (or stain?) on it, and there were also a couple dark specs of dirt on the shower’s floor and shelves, which was a bit unnerving. One of the sprinklers outside of the bathroom was missing its silver backing, which looked cheap. I’d also suggest they update their light switches, as they were definitely dated. Enjoyed having a mini-fridge, but sorry it did not include a freezer section. Also, first floor guests have to get ice from the Bistro, which has limited hours. They have a Starbucks Bistro, which is NOT a sit down restaurant. Also, the main lobby has a fireplace, but it wasn’t turned on even though temps were cold while l was there (frost on cars in am). There was also a smashed up car in their parking lot, which was a bit unnerving when leaving my car (was told a guest hit a deer on commute there…it was there the entire weeekend; not a good look for a Marriott). Construction outside prohibited me from parking close to thr door closest to the door cloest to my room. Bed was very comfortable, and highway noise was very low. Staff weren’t welcoming.

Just a quick night stay on our way to take a flight out early the next morning. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Just what we needed. Staff was super welcoming.

Because the property is still undergoing renovation parking is restricted. Very inconvenient. Location for my needs the best,

Our stay was two days. 2nd day not even complimentary coffee. When we returned to our room for the second night, nothing was cleaned. Garbage still there and only the last night's towels. When asked, the front desk man said we don't clean for the 2nd day. I asked for the morning coffee ration, and he told me they were all out. Our rate was great but denied coffee? Oh! No morning breakfast. If Marriott/Worthington does not treat hotel.com customers with respect, then they should not host for them.

the pool,bar restaurant and fitness room were all closed.Main reasons i booked here.grandkids were mad about the pool.None of the outside doors worked except the front door.very dissapointed.

Too much remodeling almost brought this hotel to a halt yet they still rent rooms At full price Only one exit, dark parking lots, no pool or gym carpet hallways dirty and my king size bed room very narrow It got the job done for one night but i pass on Courtyards in future but staff was good considering

Gina was absolutely fantastic and went out of her way to be helpful multiple times. My sister and I talked many times about how great she was. Marriott is lucky to have her

First of all we had a terrible time finding the hotel. There is no sign right now to mark the Courtyard. The grassy area were left to turn into weeds and looked unkept. The new doors handles outside and inside the rooms were almost impossible to open without brut force. The rooms were nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The faucet spout at the sink was installed incorrectly by being set back too far. Therefore when using the water ended up splashing backwards onto the back of the countertop. Sorry to find that breakfast was not included.

They were under construction and so there were a lot of things that were just dirty in the hallway and you had to walk around to the front to let someone in in the back because it wasn’t working. Over all the room was nice.
