Found used conforms behind the bed room was not clean and was dusty towels was dirty do not recommend the pictures are a lie .

Our room was covered in black mold. Ceiling, and walls even bathroom had black mold . Everything was covered I. Dust I wrote my name in the dust. Lady at front desk said we could get a different room. Or our money back. Because we booked it on hotels.com. We sleep in care and waited till morning to talk to main person on duty. The guy informed us there was nothing they could do because we booked third party. Even the shower was broken and couldn’t even use it . I turned the hotel In To the city for all the black mold.

The room was attractive, convuent and was a good price. Apparently it isn’t used much cause my husbands socks were dirty from the floors in less than an hour. There was only one cup, one hand towel, no tissues. The remote did not work except from the guide but there was no volume or channel changes or mute functions. Had to use buttons on side of tv.
staff at checking was friendly but not existent at checkout.
Would possibly stay sgain due yo convenience but make sure things work and are clean.

The first room we were put in there was blood on the door frame. The toilet wasn't bolted down to the floor. When you got up from using the toilet it would almost fall over had to get up delicately for it not to. The 2nd room we were put in smelled like a bottle of elmers glue. In the bathroom the wallpaper had a giant piece of it rip off. The water was hooked up backwards to the faucet. It went from hot to cold instead of cold to hot. So you had to turn it off fast to keep from burning yourself. The shower head was so corroded that half of the holes didnt have water going thru them. The continental breakfast the eggs and the sausage were cold. No orange juice in the orange juice machine. The sugar in the sugar container had pepper in it with the sugar. So we had to use sugar packets. Only thing that was nice was. There was no outrageous deposit. And the lady at the desk that night was very nice did the best she could for being extremely busy all night long.

I reserved this room ahead of time at "Belmont by Wyndham" because I believed this would be a quality hotel. The Wyndham name was deceptive in this case. The room wasn't clean. The bed linens had spotty stains on them. A couple of the towels were even dirty. There was no extra lock on the door and too much outside noise at night made he worry about my car in the parking lot. People were sitting outside their rooms like you would see at a welfare motel. I would avoid this place like the plague. I'm hoping the rest of the hotel is better than my room was, but I can only review my room.

The room had a phone but no cord or phone jack? The bed linen was dirty, the pillows tiny, and only gave two! the breakfast was minimal at best. The staff was ok but not the friendliest! the a/c unit was in pieces, but did work.

Bedsheets were filthy with blood stains and dirt, door locks and lights were broken. We were changed to several different rooms which were all dirty because sheets were never changed from previous guests stay. The staff was not helpful and property was not maintained.

The hotel is run down, leaking roof over door way to room , hot water , lol what hot water , turn on water the first day took a little bit to get hot , then next day not hot water at all , I let it run for a good 15 minutes, no hot ,then the ceiling in bathroom was black with mold , staff really didn’t care. I wish a had taken some pictures that makes me mad that I didn’t.

I rarely talk about how bad something is in a public forum, but this hotel was terrible. Check in was difficult at the counter, even though I had done a remote check in on my phone that I received from the hotel. We were given the wrong directions to locate our room at 11:30 at night, so along with us being tired, it was unsafe. Once we were in the room, we found that the bathroom light didn't work and the ONLY plug in the dressing area didn't work. The next morning when it was daylight and we could see, I realized just how filthy this hotel was. I think a murder may have happened here as there was something flicked on the light fixture and flicked on the curtains. The carpet was unraveling and the furniture was old and worn. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I hope some changes are made for this location, because it does not meet expectations for what I was expecting after viewing the property online at booking.

Insecure rooms! Deadbolt in keyless entry not locking. They told me it was fine. I was alone with 3 grandkids and the moved me to a room with non working tv remote and ac that was not cooling. Breakfast was not what she explained at check in and website advertised. Pool are was filthy and again false advertising from website. Staff was (lack of staff) not sufficient to run a customer service based operation.

Everything was dingy and dirty compared to photos. We reserved a king and were instead put in a queen because they had run out. The shower was filthy and the faucet constantly leaked. There was little to no food offered for continental breakfast - cereal, a few muffins, one bagel, white bread, and disks of egg for egg sandwiches (no ketchup, cheese, meat to make a sandwich), and absolutely no fruit available. Not worth the price.

You don’t clean rooms every day! And the tub and sink wasn’t clean! They didn’t vacuum! We had three people and we only had towels for two! The toilet leaked! So the bathroom floor was wet!

It's fine for 1 night where you need a bed, shower, and breakfast.
What really caught me off-guard was the mold smell as soon as i went to the sink/ bathroom. The tube tells me for sure there is mold in those walls.
The beds were fine, not uncomfortable or anything, but i definitely checked for bugs before getting in, the whole "feel" of the room told me i needed to watch out.
This was all in the double king suite room too, I'd be scared to stay in a smaller room that probably gets more traffic through.
I wish I'd booked at the comfort inn next door instead of saving a small bit of money for the added space for the family.
The staff was super nice but i don't recommend staying here for more than 1 night and check the sheets first.

Outside looks great inside was a wreck.The first room had bug parts under mattress.The second was run down and not cleaned properly.Toilet malfunction,tv didn’t work.And we couldn’t get a refund because we booked through a third party.

My boyfriend and I suffered from skin bumps and rashes. Our assumption was that the bed had bed bugs. The carpet was filthy. My feet were very dirty walking barefoot after a shower. We will never stay here again.

Can't really complain. You get what you pay for. We were going to be spending minimal time in the room. Knew it wasn't going to be great. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty. Again, expected that. Free breakfast was less than desirable. I didn't feel like the door was secure enough to our room.

the bathroom door would not close because it was not put up correctly and it didn't fit the opening. the complimentary coffee was terrible. the room was ok but the hair dryer was broken, there was only 1 face cloth, 1 hand towel, I was given a downstairs room as I could not go upstairs.very disappointed in Baymont. will not stay in a Baymont again.
