The lady at the front desk was amazing and did everything she could do to help correct the situation. Unfortunately the overall management has let that place fail

Debris from a dead tree fell during a storm and they didn’t even bother to pick it up. Also, I requested a late checkout and they only gave me an additional 30 minutes. Housekeeping kept pounding on the door and even brought the front desk person back once.

Good area and nice services. Could use more room qaulity like bathroom areas, little shampoo/condotioner

Ac was leaking had to get towels so we wouldn't fall no microwave in the room rude kids on property i will never rent from here again

Our stay was great people friendly there was a check in employee that was really awesome I believe she did the afternoon shift always greeted us with a smile on her face and always acknowledged us even while assisting other customers

Black mold in the tub it was nasty

Honestly if you’re looking for something cheap price wise and quality wise I’ll recommend it. First of all the floor was sticky, the shower water wasn’t strong and the tap water wasn’t working properly. On top of that they never cleaned our room. I personally didn’t like my experience there.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy. Stained sheets and towels, sticky floors, dust covering everything, moldy smell, gross shower. Just do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here.

It's a motel 6, so I already knew what the experience was going to be like. The room was not the cleanest as there was dust and water stains on tables, night stands, and the towels were clean but had previous washed stains on them. However it worked for an overnight stay at a good location near an event.

Room 150 not clean, spiders, the door looked as though it was locked open at some point and needed to be slammed shut. Neighbors sitting outside smoking marijuana. Man riding around the hotel checking car doors. Absolutely terrible

Sheets and towels had stains on them, the smell of the room was funky like mildew and pet smell (maybe a dog) the bathroom tub had mold inside of the shower. Air conditioner buttons broke off couldn’t turn off the air, the room held moisture causing it to be slippery. (That was a hazard) overall i wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this place to anyone visiting Virginia Beach.

The door to the room stuck so bad at one point I thought I was stuck in the room. Every time I left the room I had to use all my strength to shut the door and it was LOUD!! Getting into the room was a challenge and I hurt my shoulder because I had to throw my weight against it just to get in. I left early and went somewhere else just because I felt like eventually i wouldn't be able to get out and I was constantly disturbing other guests. The receptionist was disinterested and uncaring. Not at all polite. I would not recommend this to anybody nor will i be returning

My stay was relaxing and comfortable. The staff at this location are amazing. They are the best. Samantha and Jamal especially, they did everything in their power to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Thank you guys, keep up the amazing job!!

Probably wouldn’t stay again. Rooms were very dirty, tv remote didn’t work, rooms are big with so much space to put a table with some chairs or extra nightstands. It was an alright stay.

There was dog feces on the sidewalk,opened the door to our non smoking room and the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The Bath towels where extremely dirty,looking like they had feces on them. No ice available. I will never stay at this place again.

The sheets were wet had to dry them with a hairdryer ended up changing rooms then the noise from above was terrible

Water pressure was not good

Staff was friendly. But a lot of things out of service or not stocked. But over all great stay. I would definitely use again.

Overall, this property was not horrible to stay at, just wouldn't choose to stay here again. It didn't have a great smell, there was no hot water, the water pressure was terrible. The people staying there were not safe to be around. The bedroom itself was pretty clean but the towels had weird smells to them. Like I said it was okay to stay at for a couple of nights but not going to stay here again.

Arrived and my hotel reservations were canceled. We drove 10 hours and had to turn around and drive 3 hours to find another hotel. The manager canceled my reservation at 8:49 pm. I called them at 4:14 pm and informed them that I wouldn’t be there until 10:40pm.

This property is bad. TV only gets one channel air conditioner barely gives cold air. I’m diabetic and need refrigeration and it didn’t work no ice on premises. Manager told me to go to 7 eleven not her problem Bed hard as a rock and management says no refunds because again not her problem. No one should ever book here

since when do you have to pay up front when you check-in. The lady at the account was rude when I asked about it. there was only one chair in the room for four people. No normal welcome goodies, coffee, shampoo, cream risen, ect. or paper literature. just not very welcoming. The ice machine didn't work. The water pressure was very low and little hot water. There was a ceiling water leak stain and on the third night it rain hard we woke up to a puddle of water next to the frig. the room wasn't cleaned but one day. we had to ask for towels and when we did they didn't have any. It's the little things that make the stay nice when your at a hotel.

It had a swimming pool and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, etc).

Quiet area, room was spacious. Hotel was under some construction but overall room was clean. Didn't like that the room had no coffee maker. Hotel need some updates but if needed will return.

So me and my husband and our two dogs checked in for 3 days. We go to check in, and the women who checked us in is super rude and didnt want to get off her phone to check us in. The main reason we stayed is because we had our two dogs with us. So we went up to the room, there was trash on the floor, the bathroom toilet seat was coming off, there was something on the wall behind the refrigerator. The whole room smelled like a huge cigarette, i sprayed perfume, and even used a car air fresher how bad it smelled. The person under neath of us made us feel unsafe, and was very rude. He was a regular, or lives there or something. We was walking our two dogs and his dog started barking and he , came out and started a issue, and had a gun in his belt like he was showing it to us. If we wasnt 8 hours away from home we would have left. Also, the ice machine, is broke.

Somehow I double booked for the same stay. I contacted Hotels.com to get a refund for one of the rooms, the property management refused to grant a refund. I ONLY book from account….i don’t know how another room was booked with my company email. This is horrible customer service.
