Great location, room is small like most in Hong Hong. Close to the MTR.

The Royal garden was a great experience with a huge comfortable bed in a big room. The rooftop pool was really, really nice and the gym modern and well equipped. The internal atrium lent a feeling of airiness when entering and leaving the room. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options and we especially enjoyed the noodle station and the Chinese food on offer. Location very convenient for MTR (TST and Hung Home) and airport bus (A25 there and A21 back)

The Hotel was well located and room was comfortable.
Room was always warm even with the coldest setting.
Extremely dissatisfied with the large deposit required and to refund as the amount has been debited direct from Credit Card but takes 14-days to refund when it should be done when checking out.
Very expensive as well so did not eat or get drinks from hotel.

Have always loved this hotel. And yes the pool really does look like this. What I don't love is that a 3rd person is an extra charge regardless of age. Even if a room has 2 double beds, suitable for a set of parents and a child, my child was an extra $300

Very nice and elegant hotel in the middle of the shopping district. Direct access to taxis, Uber and the metro station is 5-10 minutes walking. Right across the hotel is the Marina walk.
Hotel staff are very nice. The lady at the fron desk gave us a room with the Marina view since this was our first time in HK.
The only issue we had that the room was very small that we could not put the extra bed that we requested, however we had a king size bed which fitted me and my two daughters.

The hotel’s lobby is lacking (no sitting area) but it excels in other areas. Great location, well -appointed, spacious room (sky harbor view), many restaurants, friendly, helpful staff. Surprised that I had to pay HK$2,000 deposit which, according to the check out rep, would not be refunded until about 2 weeks after my stay. Saw this deposit policy when booking online, but I called Hotel.com and was assured that Since I had paid in advance, I would not be required to pay the deposit. Not a big deal. But confusing.

There are no comb in the bathroom, that is a surprise for anyone which is a Five star hotel in H.K, looking forward with improvements!

The staffs were exceptional. Service was great, All attendants on 12th floor were attentive, from front office manager, Bonny to bell boys, they all went out of their way to make sure all was well. The bellboy with spectacles made sure we knew which departure gate and check-in areas we should use when he noticed we were departing, another lovely boy asked us to wait inside while he sweated to wait for our taxi outside. The front office manager made sure our AC Problem was addressed and had a room standby in case we needed to change. The lady matri’D at restaurant greeted us with big smile every morning. Wonderful people.

There was a large stain on the marvel floor that probably was some sort of blood stain that was there for some time. Upon check out and reported this situation and mentioned I should have some sort of compensation from the hotel and the reply was “let us know when you come next time and we will give you an upgrade” ! I have pictures and wonder if I should post on line for their insensitive answer reply to my statement.

This hotel or thieves, they charge me twice the first time doubled when I stayed there the second time I did not stay there and they charged me. They really shouldn’t be in business.

Hotel staff were not particularly helpful or knowledgeable about local things, e.g. we had read about a firework display and when asked, hotel staff didn’t have a clue. Turns out, we missed an entire show for the dragon boat race festivities.
The room, which we decided to upgrade to when we arrived, was great. It was a suite and was perfect for 3 of us. The original room we had booked was far too small for 3 people!
Location of the hotel is great. The gym was well equipped and air conditioned and clean.
At best, this is a 3.5-4 star hotel. There is a lot left to be desired.

The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel has a very nice roof garden and pool. Convent location.
Hotel does not have a seated lobby area for meeting which is a shame… check in took a little long at peak time. I would recommend this hotel.
