Absolute Beautiful!!! I loved it …. The only thing it was a lot of kids the weekend I came so really couldn’t experience the pool but the bar was beautiful, the customer service was amazing . The food was sooo good. I will most definitely be booking again really soon…

Room was spacious and nice. We liked the separate bedroom with the French doors. It was an upgrade to a typical hotel room.

I would definitely go here again. Comfortable bed, clean room, great breakfast. My only complaint is that there was a bunch of adults in the pool and hot tub that were not staying at the hotel. One family was staying there and the other 15 or so were there for one of the kids birthday party. It was just completely unsupervised and there were a lot of young kids in the hot tub. Other than that it was enjoyable.

Stay was great however one elevator was broken making wait times a little frustrating. Also the hot tub looked very dirty could use a coat of paint or power washed. Along with the pool deck floor.

My husband and I have been staying at that particular hotel for over 10 years when it was a Marriot. Unfortunately, that hotel has went down tremendously from when we first started going. You would think that with the name change that they would’ve put money into the rooms but they haven’t. The lobby and hallways look good, but the Jacuzzi was filthy. The pool needed an upgrade, and the outside pool area was very bad looking. It was actually sad for us this visit because we said when we walked out of there, we will never be back. Truly steps to have a place that we considered our second home now happens to be a place we never wanna visit again!

For the price and location it was the nicest hotel we have stayed at in awhile. I joined the Hilton Rewards based on this stay and plan on using Hilton for all my furture stays.

The price of the room was amazing for a suite. It was comfy restaurant and the stores are very much walking distance. Breakfast was nice and pool and hot tub included. They are very welcoming when you first walk in. I enjoyed it

I like the room that we were in. I thought it was spacious considering that when you walk in you see the couch and then an area for your coffee and then you go into the bedroom and the bathroom is on your right side. I feel like it was spacious, but the sink is clogged… I will stay here again bc the room was Spacious, bed Was comfortable. It was clean , & they hold $50 But as soon as you check out, The money comes back very quickly… same day , At other hotels, it takes them a few days for it to credit ! Just didn’t care for the breakfast at all! They had terrible juice, I preferred They had scrambled eggs instead, instead of egg white frittata.! No thanks.. You’re better off paying for breakfast somewhere else! People seem friendly. It’s not a terrible place to stay.. Minimum noise level .

Pretty decent location! Will be a go-to whenever I am in the Downer’s Grove area. They were renovating the front office during my stay, but it wasn’t so bad. The room was spacious and clean as to be expected.

It’s a nice hotel, everything was clean, except for the carpet it has a mold smell, and the toilet had a strange odor I think it needs stronger products to cleaned it,

Staff was super friendly and the room was clean! Comfortable bed, breakfast was good. Variety of food to eat. I chose this location bc of the indoor/outdoor pool. The outdoor pool was not in service and had a tarp that had debris and yucky water. The indoor pool needs to be updated. When we got to the hotel we noticed there was a bit of construction going on. The lobby didn't look too great but I understand. Would come back if improvements are made to the pools.

The pool inside was very small and was connected to the outside pool. But the outside pool was not in service. The pool was overcrowded both evenings we were there. The front desk staff was amazing!! The food service staff was top notch! However, we needed pool towels and was told the towel staff did not show up for work, so there was no pool towels or any towels. So we used wash clothes to dry ourselves.

The pool was closed off on the outside with cardboard and my children were looking forward to the swim-through feature. It is false advertising on their advertising. The hotel was under construction and they had a card table for check in. Their key card machine wasn't working and they had overbooked several people. The internet didnt work in our room so i had to use my data for two days on my hotspot. The fold out bed had a rod pushing in my back. There were children doing cannonballs in the hot tub unsupervised without and adult and they were all under 8. Not impressed.

This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at! The staff was absolutely fantastic all around, and the building and services were wonderful. The faucet for our shower was a little loose and the temperature kept changing as it slipped, and the alarm clock's time was a little off but when I tried to fix it the alarm turned on for 5:57am and wouldn't turn off. I mentioned these to the front desk on our way out and it was all taken care of by the time we returned at the end of the day! I've never stayed at a hotel with such prompt attention to little things like that. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, including gluten-free bread and oatmeal for my daughter who can't eat things with gluten, and everything was clean and well maintained. I will absolutely stay here before anywhere else when I come back to Chicago!

We were en route to a wedding. We stopped at the Hampton Inn in Downers Grove. This is a new property that they acquired from Marriott so they were undergoing renovations, but the hotel service was great and they had a well appointed breakfast buffet. The suite we stayed in was very nicely done and was comfortable. We were only 5-10 minutes from Morton Arboretum which was a nice place to spend a couple hours before getting on the road again.

Outdoor pool was closed during the summer, part of why I booked. Needs to be a notice on their site. But overall very impressive room and cleanliness. Breakfast was very subpar even being free.

As of late July 2024, this place is still undergoing renovations. The outdoor pool was not open. I'm not sure if there's an indoor pool. The room was mostly clean. I found a hairpin in the middle of the floor and the door frames to the bathroom were obviously smudged and dirty. Other than that it was fine.

The sheets were missing for the kids to sleep on the couch. It took half an hour for the sheets to be delivered. When taking a shower noticed that the shower curtain was missing. The reception area is under construction. The food was of poor quality, except for coffee, which was good. Containers in which the food was served, could use cleaning on the outside.
