Very clean!

Great overnight stay

Room and hotel perfectly OK. Very noisy between rooms though - had a kid (not baby) scream all night. Good breakfast but missed dark roast coffee. Very remote.

Great staff service

The person at the front desk refused to print folios for our three rooms at check out. Very poor customer service at the front desk.,

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - much cheeper than other hotels in the area for our weekend stay, and was very clean. Breakfast was great with many selections. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help us out during our stay!!

They allowed 3 pets for one fee

We found a bedbug in our bed in room 239 on Sunday evening asked to switch rooms, which was granted to too 417. But now we are nervous to bring the bedbugs home. Asked to speak to management

Nice Place.

Even though it was overall prety fair. The price was high for ajust a bagel and cereal "breakfast." Also, no microwave or coffee/tea setup in the room, nor a swimming pool. The fitness room was very good and the checkin staff had a smile and pleasant disposition.l

Did wish there was a close by place to walk to. Ie fast food or store or just somewhere to walk to -just to get out of the hotel for a bit while waiting on other things/people. I had some down time but no transportation so I was stuck there a bit. The hotel and staff both excellent. Very friendly and nice staff.

Nothing like the sleep inn

I appreciated the kind staff and cleaning crew. I was disappointed in the continental breakfast. There were no protein options. Only bagels, muffins, fruit, instant oatmeal, dry cereal and milk, a yogurt machine, and juice and coffee. It is a good option for people passing through but not for a longer stay. It would have made my stay a little better if there was a microwave in the room and a coffee/tea machine. That being said, There was a coffee machine in the lobby 24/7 and a microwave for guest use. There was a small refrigerator in the room which I took advantage of to keep food expenses down. Also the chair provided in the room is hard on older bodies that need more cushion or back support. There was only one chair provided so if there are more people in the room there is nowhere to sit. Positive side - if you subscribe to apps to watch movies - you can sign in to apps on the TV. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body lotion. All in all it was a pleasant stay once I figured out how to adapt to the unexpected.

The Spark is a great place to stay

This was a nice place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the tv and it wouldnt let me use my firestick, but no other complaints.
