My stay was very relaxing and welcoming the minute you walk in. Very clean and beautiful and someone everywhere of you should need help. The room was very clean as the bathroom and huge window for beautiful views of sun rising

The shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes to lambert airport and was really helpful and convenient. The driver was really nice. I will stay again when I get a chance to visit St. Louis and have an early / late flight!

Carpets were very dirty, hallways smell like mariguana 24/7 some people were sketchy we had another guest walk into our room. I mention to front desk at check out they didn’t seem to care.

Don’t like small bathrooms in king size room. Had to cancel reservation due to water breakage in the area

the property itself is fine. my room however was not. smelled like smoke AND the former guest had literally covered the smoke detector and the cleaning staff didnt catch it! also, the tub was dirty. i have never been to a hotel and saw a dirt ring in a tub. we asked to switch room and was told the property was fully booked. needless to say, didnt sleep well at all.

Our check in was at 3:30pm, however we weren’t able to get a room until almost 6pm. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room we stayed in was very gross, even had blood on the shower. The air conditioner was broken and it smelled awful. We would have asked for a different room but we were leaving very early in the morning for a flight.

The vents in the rooms were completely covered with dust. I purchased a King suite and was greeted with “You’re gonna have to walk” and when I asked for another King I was threatened to have my reservation cancelled after driving 4 hours.

I booked and paid for a tower room through hotels.com and the website stated there were a few available but when I got to the hotel was told they did not have any and got a second floor room No refund No credit
The hotel mgr did reach out but said since I booked through hotels.com she could not give a refund

The place was dirty and we were locked out of our room!! Said we never checked in, but obviously did as our luggage, etc. was placed in a room! Never had theirs happen before! And the staff was rude about it!

Beautiful facility and very comfortable. I was not please with the maid service; left my ice bucket full of water, no coffee pot, puddles of water on the sink were still there upon our return, toilet had a wad of toilet paper in it not flushed, empty used coffee cup on sink still there after service, etc... I'm guessing its an isolated incident but I didn't like it thank you Paul Venditti

Our stay was wonderful from check-in to checkout. The only small issue we experienced was that there was some dust in certain areas of the room (e.g when opening the connecting doors, dust fell off the top of the door). Beds/pillows were comfortable, shower was amazing & felt like a water softener is used. Food at the restaurant waa great!

Will definitely book elsewhere when in this area. Our room was absolutely disgusting. I can’t be sure what was on the shower curtain. You can tell they don’t dust or vacuum. I do think the bedding (at least sheets) are changed as we walked by several rooms that were being “cleaned” and the beds were stripped. Otherwise, I’d say bring your own cleaning supplies. It was so gross.

The air in our room did not work correctly. A maintenance worker came up and pointed a digital reader at the vent and said it was working fine. It was so hot in our room that we could not sleep or rest at all which was the purpose of the room as we were flying out of St. Louis at 5 a.m. When we called the front seat again to complain they sent up a box fan, $200+ per night for this room and it was the most miserable hotel stay I’ve ever had. Do not recommend at all.
