Check in and out effortless. The front desk staff was amazing. Love the cookies! I was going through some things and needed some peace and quiet. This was the spot!

We arrived a little early, and there was no rooms available. But within 20 minutes our room was ready for us. We always stay at this location when we come to town. The Hotel is always clean and fresh. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Hotel is located in a central area with plenty of shops and public transportation available. Parking is available but there is a daily fee unfortunately. Parking garage felt very cramped and dungeony but it sufficed for our short start.Check in was smooth. The room itself was very clean and served its purpose for me and my family. The bath was small and not enough for two ppl to be in at the same time moving around too much and there was no fan. Which i feel like for the price we paid we should've had a much larger bathroom with a fan. Breakfast was decent, buffet style. I did ask to order off of a menu but i was told it would be a while because the kitchen was backed up. For 21$ a person i felt like this was a rip off. But overall its a good place to stay. Would be better if parking was free and the the buffet cost way less and had more options to choose from. Next time i know to read fine print about amenities. Would I stay again probably not.

Tai and Shaya at the front desk were extremely helpful and professional. The staff was pleasant, the hotel was clean and well maintained.

The washer need a door to prevent water on the floor

They have amazing room house keeping service. I did not like the fact that they didn’t have a microwave in the room nor on the floor. Residents had to go all the way down to the lobby each time they had to warm their food. The only microwave they had was already dirty because they didn’t have paper towels next to it for convenience.
