The service wasn’t close to professional at all, they allowed multiple people to cut in front while I waited 10 plus minutes to be checked in. The lobby was extremely loud which made it very hard to hear what was being said. The room wasn’t clean there was another persons hair in the shower all over the walls and floor. The bedding also had hair in the sheets. It felt as if it wasn’t cleaned before my arrival. Also a half drank water was left behind right by the tv.

I reserved 4 rooms 6+ weeks ahead, get there and the 4 rooms are scattered throughout the building. Check in went ok. Room 145 ground floor had a musty damp smell, hair in the shower. Asked family how there rooms were.. and the census said overall 1 was good, 1 okay and 1 on the fourth floor said absolutely disgusting. There was a wet stain on the carpet could see an imprint of a persons butt with a stain on the bed. The restaurant Characters was an absolute joke. Food was terrible and waited an hour for it. My son got room service for his room and family and said it was good .

Fitness center shuts down at 10pm (ie couldn't access after our late arrival. Beds were comfortable. They provide warm chocolate chip cookies at check in. Water dispenser in the gym was broken (thus had to rely on bottled water they gave in the room, which was much more finite).

I was surprised to see that the indoor pool was not heated. That was disappointing. Also, one night there were no towels by the pool and the phone in the pool area to call the office was not working.

Outdated and musty rooms. Shower didn’t work in the first one and they insisted on sending maintenance at 10pm even though it was clear that they would not be able to fix it. When I switched rooms, they told me that many of the showers are old so it might be an issue in the next room too (luckily it wasn’t but now I was stuck on the first floor as a woman traveling alone). This room also had a broken peephole, was missing some furniture and towels, and the beds didn’t have fitted sheets. Ridiculous for over 200 a night.

Great place to stay with our dog. First floor “balcony” rooms have a patio with grass accessible where we could walk the dog right outside of the room. The outside chair unfortunately was gross, moldy, I had to use a towel to sit on it. Otherwise this was a great place to stop with our dog.

There was plenty of parking but entrances need better signage for the people that park to the left of the building.
The toilet seat would not stay up on its own and did not fit the toilet (was too small) room 306. And we had 2 shampoos and a conditioner missing the body wash.
All issues were minor issues and would not impact the overall value and experience. Will definitely still stay at doubletree in the future. Plus that cookie always makes the wife's day.
4 out of 5 because of the minor issues all very simple things to turn experience from a great experience to a perfect stay

We were there only briefly. The staff was nice and accommodating. The hotel is big with a different entrances we got lost a couple times but quickly found our way. The only negative is that we left something important behind, front desk did contact housekeeping but they did not find it & I left messages w/ Lost & Found but they have not contacted us back. But that is mostly our fault.

Checking in was easy. Room was clean. A little far from local amenities but there is a small concession shop, drink machine and ice machine. USB ports and power outlets around the room. Very conveniently located off the highway.

I appreciated the cookies upon my arrival! That was really nice. The staff was friendly, my room was clean. The only things I did not care for were, the hot tub didnt seem to be working properly it was just hot water, the dial seemed to be broken. The was also a large family in the pool who allowed their children to eat pizza in the pool. That's not exactly the hotels fault however maybe maintenence in that department would be beneficial for other guest who would like to enjoy the amenities.

The front desk people were wonderful and kind. The breakfast was expensive and not the best quality. Our room had stains all over the carpet, and under the chair in the room, when we pulled the ottoman out, there was trash, an earring and loose change. A smear of what looked like fecal matter by the toilet flush handle which was super gross. Those things aside, it was all fine. There was a wedding happening, and it was fun to see the people all dressed up and having a good time.
