Room was advertised as sleeping 4 people- sofa bed was so uncomfortable and the springs were coming through the mattress. Complained and was given a trundler bed which was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Buffet breakfast good. Nice location close to Darling Harbour.

There are far better hotels around for less money and much better views.

Great stay. Comfortable and clean. Executive suite had an amazing bathroom. No full length mirror though which made getting ready for a nightout a bit of a challenge

Excellent staff at reception, breakfast and concierge, all very friendly and helpful.

Firstly, the staff are great and super helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. The hotel reception was very modern and in a great location, walkable to darling harbour (approx 5 mins) and the opera house (approx 25 mins). I was disappointed with my room as it was very dated and dingy with very little sunlight and a view of a back alleyway. For the price payed, I would say it is overpriced and if I were to visit Sydney again I would choose to spend a little more to stay somewhere nicer.

Beautiful property, exceptional staff. Everyone was friendly and lovely, the property was very clean and quiet. Central location, walking distance to all public transport.

Happy to recommend this hotel. In particular I would like to comment on the staff. Every staff member we encountered (check in, doormen, cleaners, concierge and restaurant) were courteous, happy and very helpful. Our room was clean and spacious and we were close to the amenities of Darling Harbour.

We had th best experience with ParkRoyal Darling Harbour. Before our stay, someone rang us regarding our request and making sure we are good to go. On the day on our booking, we rocked up early to drop off luggages and was informed we might be able to get an early check in and out request to get a room with tub was not a problem. Fast forward we got our room and there was no tub and they immediately changed the room for us and got us a room that we were able to enjoy the tub PLUS watch the fireworks from the window. The breakfast was great and extra barista made coffee and excellent service from staffs just made it top notch. We were able to do late midday check out also

Within walking distance to Sydney Chinatown, Townhall and ICC Sydney. Very friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay in Parkroyal Darling Harbour.

The stay was nice. Staff were all incredibly accommodating and polite, particularly valet and a gentleman in buffet that was very attentive in helping with the cereal and milk. My only dislike was the amount of wait time we had to be seated for the buffet it took us 20min to be seated by that time the kids were hangry.

Excellent checkin. I mentioned the stay was for my wife's birthday and they gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. Unlike a lot of top hotels in Sydney you also get barrista coffee with breakfast at no extra charge. Very happy.

Breakfast buffet was expensive but very tasty and wide variety. Rooms are comfortable.

Our overall experience and stay was fine. Room was a good size and clean. Little disappointed on nil items to snack on or drink in the room. Just a kettle with tea bags & coffee sachet. Disappointed to have call 3 x times for our room to be cleaned and tidied up. No excuse or apologies for non service.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect and staff very accommodating. Lovely comfortable beds and pillows! Looking forward to staying there again on another weekend away.

Enjoyed the say. Easy access to Daring harbor and the convention Centre. Staying in a clubroom with access to the lounge was well worth the extra cost over a standard room.

Good location, close to Darling Harbour

The property was in a good location close to all amenities and public transportation. The room was clean and well appointed however housing keeping is a bit slow to clean and replenish fresh towels, condiments and empty bins. Buffet breakfast is very good and plenty of options although I thought the price was a bit high.

Our 2nd stay here, upgraded our room which was wonderful. Service was absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful. Love the proximity to the harbour which meant a pleasant walk and lots of dining choices.

Staff were fantastic! Nothing was too big a hassle for them and everyone was friendly. For example we asked for early check in and luckily our room was ready - I joined the PARKROYAL club which was free to get early access to our room. Through the stay we also asked for extra teabags, towels and a late checkout all were no dramas. My kids absolutely loved the buffet breakfast especially the omelette station. They wanted a special shout out to the man making the omelettes - and I have been asked to make omelettes since our stay. The hotel was well located, and had thoughtful extras like drink bottle stations. We had room service too which was good value and tasty. All in all we had a fantastic stay and thank the staff for their hospitality. We’ll definitely look to stay there again in the future.
