Apparently this hotel will not reserve the room type you choose when reserved from a 3rd party (even pre-paid months in advance) and you get "what is available". For example, if you reserved a single king room, you may not get it.

I really wish i could give a negative star review. we were attending a Beyond the Yellow Ribbon event at the hotel, which is why we booked a room here. Specially we booked a king bed through expedia, but when we arrived, all the hotel had were double beds. The staff said because we booked through a third party, they couldnt guarantee the room we paid for. The staff took no accountability, saying it was expedias policy (not the hotels policy). The staffs attitude and lack of customer service was atrocious. In the 20 years we have booked hotel rooms, we have never heard such nonsense nor ever have that happen. The rooms were small, sheets were dirty, the bathrooms were terriblly small (sink /counter was right behind the toilet), scratchy towels, stains on the walls. staff also expect you to put the bag in the trash cans too. beds are great if youre a 4-year old bouncing on them, but they are uncomfortable to sleep in. The worst nights sleep i've had in years. We will never stay here again.

Maid service needs work. Room and sheets were dirty. Blood on bathroom door. Very loud hotel. People were friendly and checkin was easy

Common areas were nice and up to date. Hotel rooms look like they’ve been fairly recently updated, but looks as though they put lipstick on a pig.

Early check-in was huge. Ease of checking out was a good point. Gift of cookies was classy. Area around the hotel was mostly industrial with a few fast food or chain restaurants. Lack of included breakfast with limited alternatives was a big disappointment.

Very outdated. Bathrooms had toilets from Elementary School sitting right smack in the middle of the bathroom.

Overall it was a nice property for the price! The bathroom was not up to par! The toilet was slow and nearly overflowed with every flush! The show drain was very slow! Was standing in 3 inches of water at the end of my shower! The water temperature kept fluctuating ever couple seconds!

I checked in here at about 930 and the room that I reserved was already taken , so I received a Room with double beds instead of one single king. The front desk clerk did not do anything to accommodate the change. Did not offer any discount. I have Gold at Hilton passport, and he's telling me I had blue status. I got to the room and there was no soap in the shower. I tried to call the front desk and the phone doesn't work. Terrible experience for an expensive room!

The long term parking and shuttle to the airport was amazing! Shuttle drivers were so helpful! Will recommend to others!

Nice hotel in convenient location.

The staff were very kind and helpful. We reserved a king suite with a hot tub. It was a very large room, beautifully designed and very clean.

We arrived later than planned and got our room and discovered we did not get a room with a king bed as we reserved. Too tired to make a change. Two full size beds 🙄

We booked quickly due to the travel delays from the IT outage. We did book a king room and received to 2 small double beds. We only had a couple hours to sleep so we didn't go back and ask for the correct room but it was frustrating. The shower didn't drain well while we were showering. All in all fine for a couple hours of sleep but we were disappointed. The staff was doing their best working late into the night with many people arriving though so I applaud their kindness.

Bathroom had pipes exposed no drawers no blow dryer, room had no USB outlets for a business hotel, called for room service no one answered, called the front desk no one answered for a long time, no room service menus, no information given about pool hours, we had figure it on our own. Lady with the mustache was eating/talking in back while the line was getting longer at the front to purchase items at ur little corner store. Some ppl were checking in the back to see if anyone was working. Very disappointed in this Hilton

Front desk staff was rude at check in. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Our bathroom sink was broke. But the shower worked well and bed was pretty comfy. But room was pretty old and smelled like cigarette smoke.

I'll start with the good. The bartenders were fantastic. They were friendly and very professional. We just ordered pizza and pop for our room but they were incredibly thorough and anticipated our needs before we did. The pool and hot tube was a generous size and very fun for our kiddos. Now for the bad- There were only two front desk people on a busy Saturday night. And upon check in they had our two rooms on different floors even though I called to ensure we had connecting rooms. They acted like they knew nothing. Also, this hotel is huge and weirdly built. They allowed outrageous behavior with guests all around pool and the rooms there. Children and adults screaming and running around the entire two floors until way passed 1am. Now if I weren't with teens I'd have been lived. However, this was awesome for our kids because they just ran and ran and played tag all evening. They had a blast but man, this was kind of crazy for a hotel to allow. So if. you are into party hotels where your kids are allowed to run amok and have the time of their lives - well then this is the place! If you aren't into this then don't book a room here. Again, though they really need better staff at the front desk. Only one of them knew what they were doing and that is definitely not enough.
