Desk clerk immediately confrontational. Rude. I am obviously handicapped. No carts for luggage. He gives me a second floor room 60' down a hall to two flights of stairs and then another 100' to a parking lot side room. Upon opening the door, the carpet is filthy. Bedside light, when plugged-in, flickered non-stop until I had to unplug it for fear of an electrical fire. The nightstand drawer was broken into pieces and could not be opened. The TV would not work and Rude Deskdude had to come up and get it to produce a picture. Bathroom was smelly and moldy. One-half roll of toilet paper and no tissue at all, Just an empty box. When I turned on the shower, the smell of sweat/perspiration was overwhelming. It smelled like a 300 lb. construction worker that had been working in 108 degree weather for a month without showering. It was awful. Went to plug in my cell phone to charge it and the electrical outlet did not work. Writing desk lamp would not turn on. I have probably forgotten something, but this is the worst place that I have ever stayed. I booked it for convenience to a hospital 4 min. away that I was scheduled to have extensive back surgery in the next day. Part of being there was to apply pre-operative bodily sterilent as part of my surgical process. The Neurosurgeon made me completely repeat the process in the pre-op room because of what I told him about the cleanliness of this Quality Inn. I asked them to put this establishment on "The Do Not Recommend" list.

We received a receipt for the room, said $82 something but my credit card was charged $109. They charged a $50 deposit that they said would be refunded at check out, no receipt, no paper trail, they said it might take time to get the deposit refunded. It was not a pet fee, we had no pets.

Breakfast items not available until 7:00 AM. Very late for business travel.

This was the worst place we’ve ever (nearly) stayed at. The outside had trash everywhere, long grass, weeds, unkept parking lot. The inside you could smell when you got close to the front door. I can’t explain it, mixed urine and smoke? The receptionist was coming back with an industrial fan from one of the rooms. Even with all this, we checked in. Our room smelled terrible, the bed sheets were lumpy, stains on the carpet, the table and dresser were sticky. When I pulled the chain to open the blinds the chain was grimy as well and we only looked out to more weeds and garbage from what we suspected to be the remains of a homeless dumpster diving excursion. We’ve never asked for a refund and left a place until now. The receptionist was the only delight. She was kind and helpful and a better business should hire her!

Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. This place was disgusting, there was literally an old blood stain on the comforter on one of the beds. Most of the floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and dirty. The floor shower was so soap scummy, it was slippery. The floor in the room was dirty, the hotel had a weird stink to it and the breakfast was out of most of its items by 8:30am. Will definitely never stay here again.

Very frustrating for a place to say “pets allowed” but really it’s ONLY dogs. Just say that. Dogs only permitted. Waisted my time booking to arrive there and find out my cat wasn’t welcome.

This hotel has the lowest cleaning standards I have ever seen. I have stayed in MANY hotels, at different price tiers. This is not the cheapest hotel I’ve stayed at, yet it was by far the dirtiest! Dog puke on the floor in the room, Dog hair all over the room, stains of all kinds everywhere! So gross and unsettling to know things like that are left behind.

Very outdated property. Not welcoming. Chairs left on tables in breakfast area. TV not working in breakfast area. TV not working in our room. Biscet gravy container not clean. Carpets smelled in hallway and uneven floor in hallway. I suggest not recommending Quality inn at this location.

I canceled a reservation fir 3 nights and they still charged my debit card for $471.67. Numerous times they told me they never so I just got done sending them a copy of my bank statement. Hopefully I'll get my money back.

Staff and cleanliness was great the air conditioner was loud. It needed maintenance. Not operating like they normally do. And one chair was pretty stained but seemed clean. And the back exit door needs a slow closing device cause it slammed shut every time someone used it. Which also woke me up often. Breakfast was good and staff was kind. But had one girl doing to many tasks struggling to keep up with operations cause she could only be in one place at a time. I would stay again but would be nice to see some maintenance done.

The room was very dirty and the bathroom smelt really bad, the water in the tub and sink didn’t drain very well and would cause the water to pool up.

Our night was lovely we had a little bit of trouble with AC but nothing major. Breakfast was amazing

Peed on sheets and blankets. Room not cleaned when requested. Had to get b my own sheets and change them myself. They b had no blankets. Stink like smoke and had spiders.

The room was upstairs and the building doesn't have an elevator, long women's hair in the bathroom, the shawer curtain rod was broken and the curtain kept opening up and letting water out on the floor. I done paid on the internet so i couldn't change my mind. Bad choice for any handicap

Breakfast was okay but poorly laid out with a broken fridge. Otherwise the shower surround was broken and the room was dated and worn looking. Did the job though for one night.

Nice place to stay when going to Silverwood Theme Park. Comfortable clean room easy check in easy access off the highway and a good continental breakfast

Super unsatisfied with how they room was not clean, and also the closet was sucking wet, which we didn’t know until the next morning and find out our dry clothes were wet, there is not safety handle inside the bath , super dangerous and the refrigerator not working as well. All cabinets were sticky like they were never clean. The worst place I have ever been. We even have to sleep with the window open due the moisture from the wet carpet that we couldn’t figure out until the morning , for all of those reasons I’m requesting a full refund , and besides, the front desk knew about all of this and never bother to let us know. The person in charge in the morning was Renee front desk , and our room was #116 , that room will need initially attention.

I liked the sweet lady who handled the morning breakfast. We did not like the fact that the receptionist tried to charge my account twice and took 20min to check us in (no line). We were provided with 2 sets of towels which would not of been a big deal however we stayed 3 nights and the housekeepers did not clean or restock our room like we were told that it’s standard accommodation. We were on the 2nd floor and underneath us was an employees only room, we got back to our room the first night at 10pm and 5 minutes later a huge rattling very loud noise started rumbling and vibrating our entire room. I assumed it was the washers and dryers for housekeepers but went down to ask the employee what it was and let her know it was shaking our entire room. the noise stopped shortly after i got back to our room but happened again our 2nd night there as well also late at night. I would have called down to the front desk but the room did not have a phone and it took about 5 minutes of standing and waiting at the front desk to find and talk to an employee.

Property is old and smells. Room was subpar. Remote was cracked and dirty. Air conditioning unit didn't work well and was very noisy.

Door lock wouldn't lock, TV didn't work, when I asked front desk if they could help, looked at me like I was stupid, , 8:30 am, doing work on room next to me , noise radiated to my room. Had to check out earlier than wanted. Couldn't even make phone calls so loud. Never again

The first thing I noticed upon check in was an unusual smell that was trying to be masked by some sort of cheap cleaner, check in went ok but she wasn’t able to understand English very well. We arrived to our room and went into the bathroom and noticed several pieces of long black hair in the bathtub. We decided against using the shower that night. We then thought we would sit and watch a bit of tv but the tv was not connected and it was just static on, so I went to call the front desk to get someone to fix but the phone didn’t work no dial tone or anything. We then Decided we would call it a night and try to get some sleep but when we pulled the top sheet off of the bed we saw what appeared to be vomit and urine stains on the bedsheets. We decided that we would not be staying there for the night and booked another hotel in Coeur d Alene.
