Solid place to stay outside the walls of Evora. Walking distance to all sites. Rooms are dated but clean. Staff helpful. Surfacing parking is free while there is a nominal chrage fior underground parking. The rooms do not have fridges. Staff offered to put ice packs in freezer, but put them in fridge. No laundry services on site. Laundry is sent off site with 24 to 48 return service. Suitable for touring Elvora.

Great location right outside the city walls. Basic accommodations, but a great value for the price! And Évora is well worth the visit

It is so close to the historic old town of Evora and the restaurants, we walked everywhere.

Elevator (lift) not working. Stairs not easy for older people. Towel supply limited for 2 persons. Breakfast too expensive. Staff helpful and friendly. Parking easy. Good location near old city walls.

Very good place, when you want to pay less and be well attended! There should be an option for smaller pillows and blankets less warm.

The room was small and the hot water didn't work properly. The breakfast service was not good as no one clean the tables and the coffee machine was not working properly.

Dark and dingy toilet did not flush at times

For our needs the property was fine. It was quiet old and good to see quiet a lot of work’s happening. Definitely in need of revamp of rooms to repaint & modernise. The price reflected this. Staff we pleasant and helpful. Would of enjoyed a small selection of hot food for breakfast but was still bit to select from. Parking was good, able to park out front. Walking distance to main attractions.

No frills hotel and it did it's purpose. Hotel needs a makeover.

The property was under renovation, fact not mentioned during the booking process. The best thing was the customer service staff, very friendly, always trying to do the best , very attencious, friendly and if best information. For a small city, a good option.

This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Air conditioning didn't work very well. I kept going down and telling them and they said that it was turned on, which it did not feel like it was. 10:00 a.m. empty room next to us the telephone was ringing the whole night Scaffolding covers the facade of the hotel and you look out to a dirty construction site. The hotel room itself is very tight and small. The bathroom light did not work. Do not park downstairs, it is a very tight space to try and move your car around. Parking is very hard to find in the hotel. Warning, stay away from this place.

The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Good water pressure. The room did not have a refrigerator and the pillows were rather lumpy. Location was good. Very close to a laundry place and an excellent local chicken shop. It has a bar and snack bar on site.

The hotel is located just outside of the walled city. Convenient to walk and keep car onsite at hotel. Rooms small & clean. Hotel is older. Breakfast near lobby in morning is nice.

We were dissapointed with the rooms. Out dated, rough condition. Room was very hot with no way to change the temperature. No coffee amenities in the rooms.

We had a comfortable one-night stay at Ibis Evora. The old city is just a few minutes walk away from the hotel and we could easily park our car in the hotel's parking lot. The bed was comfortable and the room was perfectly clean. The AC worked well for the heating. We had breakfast at the hotel which was also great with many savory and sweet options as well as good coffee.

The room was very small and crowded with wires running all over the place to trip on. There were no glasses in the room. Only one towel per person. The toilet seat was very loose. Breakfast was poor.

This hotel was a great value and thy have a wonderful breakfast.

It looks nice hotel. Main issues were with the bathroom. The bathroom door won't close properly. The shower wouldn't stay at one spot. We had to adjust it over and over. The shower curtain was small.

Too small room, hard to walk into it. Good shower. Staff is amazing.

ibis Hotel Évora is an excellent hotel in a prime location just outside the historic part of the city with easy parking and an excellent breakfast buffet. The offering includes various machine-poured coffee selections, boiled eggs, cheese, yogurt, toast, cereal, croissant, pasteis de nata, fresh fruit, and even freshly made pancakes-on-demand. Front desk employees were kind, attentive and gracious even offering 24-hour bar service. The hotel had been updated and was well-maintained with easy stairway access and even an elevator. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it to others. Note: for those bringing their family dog, there is a $15/night pet fee, and dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the room. Be prepared to bring them with you when you are going out for the day or to dine.

The hotel is located just outside the cuty walls of evora in a nice walking distance to everything. It was nice and easy to park there and for free (around 15 spots). The hotel staff were friendly but the hotel it self is a bit outdated. The rooms are relatively small but fine if you dont plan to spend much time in there.

Good Customer Service at the reception, Free parking if you can find one, close to everything that is inside the OLD City of Evora. Great Location

Clean, well presented hotel. Short walk into town where there's plenty of places to eat. Basic room but perfectly adequate for the one night we stayed as part of a motorcycling holiday. Secure parking, with additional underground if you were prepared to pay. Good selection at breakfast.

Despite that the attention was alright, the bedrooms were terrible, one of the rooms booked smelled so bad like cigarette, they staff should have checked the room before giving it to us. Air con weren't also working properly and tolites had a bad damp smell. Overall the hotel needs renovation.
