The elevators are only on one end of the structure. The rooms at the other end have a very long walk. Which gets even more irritating when you have a bit of a walk from the detached parking lot to the hotel lobby. Won't be booking this again.

I arrived 20 minutes after check in to find the room was not ready, and would not be for another hour. So frustrating after a long drive, and disrupting my plans. All the hotel could do was to comp my parking, which I had thought the parking garage was include in the fee already. Either way, saving $20 for a huge inconvenience isn't very helpful.
The hotel is VERY noisy, someone was smoking on the floor, and my room key was deactivated when I returned for the night. So much for a relaxing night.

Westin Waltham was perfect for us. Room was very clean, spacious and bedding was comfortable. There are 2 restaurants across the street which were good. Staff at the front desk not overly friendly except W.J. who is very very pleasant and helpful!

Shower has mildew. The bathroom fan doesn't work. Room was extremely dusty that my son's allergy started to aggravated.
We were willing to pay extra to book a lake view room. They gave us a room with no lake view whatsoever and kept telling us if we looked hard enough to the right we would see it. What a joke! I added pictures so the viewers can make the judgements.
Bottom line - this is no where near a 2 star hotel and I would not recommend it nor coming back.

The hotel itself is beautiful and we have no complaints about the service or the room itself. However, it felt out of the way from everything. We were attending a graduation and it was swarmed with others also there for the same thing.

Hairs on bath tub, dust on air conditioner, noisy over walls day and night. Location is good at the area. Staff are ok though.

The staff and rooms were very nice! I enjoyed this property during our stay, with the exceptions of the first room we were put in, the keys didn’t work. A member from customer service came up and let us in however shortly after unpacking we were notified that we had to change rooms and the one we were on was not supposed to be occupied. So we packed up and moved to a different room (not so great views as originally requested). The AC did not work so well.
Customer service did provide us with a small fan but it was still pretty warm in the room. All ice machines on our floor were out of order. Small things overall. Other than that the staff and property was great!

Loved the spacious rooms and nice decor. The breakfast was great to with a la carte and buffet options offered everyday. Convenient and located around restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Spacious room and excellent conditions within the room. Very thoughtful of Westin to have a lavender relaxing rub in the room for. good nights sleep!

The women that work at the front desk are all very professional and helpful. Check in was quick and they even charged my phone for me. It was a very friendly, welcoming experience.

This is such an elegant hotel with a stunning view to boot. The bedding was luxurious and you fall right into it as if it was a cloud. Worth staying just for the bedding. Friendly staff.

I arrived at 1 am from traveling to check-in, only to find out then, that they were over-booked and didn’t have a room available for me. I had not received an email or call notifying me of this prior to my arrival. By the sound of it, many others were affected.
I was offered a refund or points credit for the first of 2 nights and chose the refund. However, this has not been completed yet, nor has there been any follow-up communications.
It’s disappointing because it’s a nice property and my room was beautiful and clean. I won’t risk staying at this location again, despite having plans for regular travel to this area. Traveler be warned.

The staff was very friend and profession in general. They have a Suttle service but the driver was very rude and didn’t want to take my husband because was not one of the usual places they offer. Even though we talked to the staff and manager, he kept been impolite and rude, complaining that the Stop was not corporate office.

Hotel was clean, excellent and safe location. I don’t think it was necessary to be chargwd 15$ per day for parking. That was ridiculous
