Very friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly! Only complaint would be the shower didn’t have much force and dripped.

Clean, comfortable room. Bathroom good. Pool good. Breakfast was especially good. Friendly, helpful staff.
Only disappointment was to learn upon checkout that they charge $3.00 parking fee. That was a surprise and unusual for a motel outside of a major downtown area. This is nickel-and-dime stuff. Happily, the front desk offered to reverse it.

I paid $145 a day. The furnishings are worn out. Patched lobby chairs. Room lampshades damaged. A electrical outlets so loose plugs hung down in socket. Bath doorjam chipped & rusting. Staff were friendly, quick to respond,food was great.

I submitted one review that it took 3 rooms to get settled. Tv didn’t work in 1st room plus it was supposed to be handicap King with sofa, was king only, moved us to 2nd room king, handicap, sofa, both TV’s didn’t work and the sofa was filthy dirty with stains. (I have pictures) then on to the 3rd room was ok but no sofa. This is the worst Fairfield Inn we’ve ever stayed at! All of this carrying and moving stuff I had to do because my husband has Parkinson’s so I had to do it all pushing him in a wheelchair!
I would appreciate at least some what of a refund.

We had a nice stay. We got in very late and check in was easy and the front desk person is very cordial.
The room is comfortable and even though the hotel was very full it was nice and quiet. I rested well.

Doesn't actually have a hot tub as shown in the photos. Also the hot water in the shower is lukewarm.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Reserved a room with two queen beds and when we arrived they put us in a room with one bed and a pull out couch. When we told them about the room their reply was sorry we don't know who changed your room, it wasn't us, but we have no other rooms available. Front desk lady was rude and has an attitude the whole time. Called her supervisor and she blamed Expedia and said she couldn't do anything until the next day. Wanted to charge us more for the room they gave us and would not do anything to help the situation and then the girl at the front desk said I am releasing your room, we left.

Facilities were ok… beds were very uncomfortable… even my 9 and 12 yo were complaining. Room was ok regarding cleanliness. Was expecting alittle better, but it served its purpose.

We traveled to Springfield to experience the eclipse on 4/8/24. Upon Check in on the 7th, the hotel staff were friendly and most helpful. We were even given special glasses to use while viewing the entire event. Then on the 8th, they were thoughtful and placed eclipse themed snacks in the lobby for guests. We thought it was a very nice touch by the local management and staff.

Disappointed that a businesses would not accept cash that's just not right this is still America and cash should always be accepted. Second the room was beautiful but very uncomfortable plus I think the pillows may not have been changed because I have now got pink eye in the eye that was closest to the pillow. But the staff was very friendly over all.

Our room was as clean as it could get, but there were stains all over the coach, bed was uncomfortable, Shower drain, did not drain well. I think an update to this hotel is needed!

We both did not like the stiff beds, they were very stiff and we did't like the pillows either. We stayed at 4 different hotel chains in 7 nights, including Holiday Inn, then Microtel, Fairfield, then Hilton. We were very happy with all but the Fairfield. Breakfast was also mediocre vs the Microtel. The last time we stayed at this Fairfield, we were on the north side of the building and it did not have drapes

Hotel needs updated. Found crumbs on office chair and desk. Sink was not clean and bathroom lights are incredibly dim.

Very disappointing that the indoor pool and spa where out of order. Also the ice maker was down. Side entrance door would not work with room key. Walls in room had chipped paint, dresser drawers were broke. Had to keep getting room keys fixed as they stopped working.
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast offering was minimal but okay for what there was.
Probably will not stay there again.

Small rooms, pretty old. Our room had no bath towels, which wasn’t noticed until one of my kids was trying to dry off after a shower. The plumbing is loud and questionable.

Slightly dated, but still well maintained and comfortable. Staff was great. My only gripe was the chair. Desk chair was fine, but the 'arm chair' was tiny and useless for a person my size. Overall good value.
