Front desk hardly spoke to us or said hello.

The hotel can use some updating. There should have included a mini fridge. The exercise room did not have many options and breakfast was too expensive.

This hotel is wonderful! The customer service is outstanding. Very clean!

Great staff and property!

Everything was good … the parking, access into the hotel from multiple entrance doors, our room had a large balcony, the lobby has private seating with tv’s, the gym, the elevator and the hotel employees. 5 star all around. We will stay here again when we come.

My stay was AWESOME! Staff was extremely friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate my family.

It was a nice stay. The front desk staff and Ashlund I think I spelled her name right.. lol was nice and friendly and made my stay quite welcoming. The cleaning crew check with me on a daily basis to make sure my room was clean and if I needed anything. Good Stay🙂

Fast check in, I got in after midnight

Great hotel located near the interstate. Very quiet and well lit. My family and I felt safe. Room was nice and spacious. Upon check in the front desk staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We decided to grab some food from the bistro bar and that when things weren’t so great. Honestly this was the only problem we had. The lady working the bistro Friday night seemed bothered when we interrupted her sitting at a table while on her phone. She wasn’t very customer service oriented. She acted very rude and unapproachable. Her attitude was poor and when my daughter later asked for extra condiments she acted like we were inconveniencing her. The house keeping staff was very professional and friendly. The always did a phenomenal job and made sure everything was clean.

The sink is bathroom was stopped up and the patio door was broke - bed lumpy

When we first checked in we were told they did not have an indoor pool as advertised. This was the reason we booked our stay at the courtyard. When we went to walk into our room the door was open. We felt very uneasy! On the day of check out which is 11am the cleaning staff knocked on the door at 8:30 and then opened the door. I told them we were still in the room. They came back 30 minutes later and opened the door again. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Fast and easy check in and close to the area we wanted to be in was the best thing.

Overall property was nice. Staff was friendly. The tile floors in the building were slick. Like they had used the wrong cleaning solution on them and a hazard everywhere. I guess I misread when I booked there is no complimentary breakfast or coffee bar. Just a Starbucks stand that never seems to be open.

Staff was very hospitable

Upon walking into hotel room, the strong smell of chemical cleaning fluids hit me. Both of us couldn’t breathe and felt effects. I asked for a second room which was far better; cleaner air.

Nice stay.

This appears to be a fairly new hotel. It was clean; rooms were nicely appointed; front desk service was fabulous. Be aware this hotel is right next to the interstate and is quite noisy all hours of the day and night. The bed was also not very comfortable.

Building needs updates and repairs. Staff does and amazing job with what they are given. It is clean and the staff is super friendly.

The staff were supportive and very helpful during our stay. It was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at. The entire staff went beyond the normal hotel staff making sure we had everything we needed to have a good stay. Our breakfast was a delight and the staff made it a very warm environment to eat in. I want to commend the entire hotel staff for being so professional and courteous during our stay. We look forward to returning in the near future.

The floor wasn't vacuumed well. I was picking things up off the floor. I also had to clean the glass top of the night stand before I felt like I could put things on it.

Rooms and common areas were modern and clean. But what made the stay special was the friendliness of the staff. Every one of them embodied "southern hospitality." It was what every hotel experience should be. They should be congratulated.

The property was very nice. The staff was super nice.

I liked how friendly the staff is and willing to help you. And how clean the room was. This is are second time staying there. I have to my neurosurgery over in Mobile and it's easier to come the night before. Cause of the drive. Only thing I wish is that the price would be a little cheaper during the week days.

I enjoyed my stay here. The property was nice and clean, the staff was polite, beds and pillows were comfortable, and breakfast was good as well. However, they need to update their pictures online because they do not have an indoor pool nor a pool at all.

All of the staff (from the check in/check out attendants to housekeeping) were so kind and attentive and warm.
