There were a number of weddings at the hotel this weekend and they seemed to be under prepared for the onslaught of guests. Housekeeping did not leave towels in our room which I did not realize until I was undressed and stepping into the shower. When they made up the room, they did not empty the trash. There were guests returning to the property from the weddings at 11:35pm and the bartender was instructed to close the bar at 11:30pm. Guests were up in arms over that as the bartender was closing up but not able to serve. He turned away a number of customers who tried to get into the rooftop bar, Assemby; however, they were turned away because the place was already full. Urban Farmer was also closed. If they know they have late weddings, they should make provisions to accommodate their guests. I am sorry to say that we were disappointed this time with the level of service.

This is a very, very nice hotel in a great location -- ideal combination of character and comfort. Rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the bathrooms are modern. It is located near downtown but in a quieter location next to Logan Square.

Hotel common areas were great ... room was pretty ok. The room could have had a better mattress and the towels could have been less economy.

Beautiful; great location

I've stayed here a few times for its location. This time it just wasn't as clean. It actually seemed like maybe no one had stayed in that room for quite a while. The small refrigerator was broken with mold inside, so they brought a smaller one that was missing the shelving. There was also a hint of a cat pee smell throughout the room. I was only given 2 washcloths for a 5 day stay. When I ran out, I asked 2 of the cleaning people in the hallway for new ones but they didn't have any either. Disappointed in the stay especially for the price I paid.

the logan is a very nice hotel but in my opinion very over rated. My room wasnt avalible when i arrived so they put me in a different room that was occupied. so we were given another room on a different floor. i originally booked a room with a parkway view of the fountain but i was given a room with the view of a rock rooftop. bummer!! the tv kept going in and out and not all channels were avalible. i only stayed 1 night.

Property was beautiful. Front desk was condescending. Was told we needed to take a room with a smaller bed because the hotel was overbooked and blamed Expedia. Was told that my credit card that I used to pay for the room was declined and that i would need to pay the hotel. I clearly had a paid receipt and pulled up the payment on my mobile app. Did not get the breakfast we added on, safe didn't work, found a used toothbrush from another guest on the floor near the wastebasket.

I booked reservations months. I advanced for king bed only to arrive and to be told doubled beds are only available because there is a house keeping issue with linen. In excusable and no comp was given including paying valet smh

Jon at valet when we first pulled in was excellent. Claire who checked us in was very nice and efficient getting out honers number and checking us in. Jon at valet got us taxis, directions and suggestions Getting our bags situated etc Room was great over looking the fountain! We will only stay at the Logan when in Philly

Let me say this, awesome location . But the hotel, price didn’t meet the quality standards. The television is outdated. Dirty walls in the room, horrible air circulation and over pricing everything! My family and I tried Urban Farmer. Food was mediocre! Nasty Mac and cheese, dry cornbread the restaurant was very stingy with, over cooked steak and a bill over $250. We tried the spa, very nice experience. The breakfast was ok! Mediocre again. Best thing on the menu, French toast cost $28 or more per order. Valet parking was expensive but for center city Philadelphia, I’d say lt was ok. My family and I checked out early , we felt very uncomfortable and wanted to get home to our own beds. My kids loved the indoor pool. I would rate my entire experience two stars

The Logan is a crisp, corporate hotel that still feels not too stuffy. I loved all the lounge areas and outside grounds.

Can’t really recommend this hotel. It’s a great location but I think this is an issue since the hotel know that they will get guests do to their location they don’t have to try. We arrived and we’re told parking was 69 dollars (at least you can take the car out often which is nice I suppose) since they’re no alternatives the hotel has no incentive to charge more reasonable prices. It became obvious that we were not welcome at the hotel since we are not influencers or have an event at the hotel. It’s sad that not everyone gets the same quality service. This became apparent when we arrived to our room open a drawer only to see used lingerie left from a previous guest. The room was large but a bit drab. No mini fridge and THERE IS NO FREE WI-FI!! I understand that hotels charge for high speed internet but there is usually a free option. Unless your a reward member that’s not going to happen. I felt like we were suddenly at a spirit airline hotel where you get nickel and dimed. The conditioner and shampoo are tapped to the wall and they would not dispense. The house keeping supervisor came buy apologized and took it away. She seemed nice and the valet drivers were also friendly but the front desk staff was not. We woke up to a DJ playing dance music so loudly it shook the windows. This was 9AM by the way. When we complained during check we were told that there was no music and we were mistaken. The bathroom was so run down. The wall paper in the bathroom near the toilet had some dark stains. Mirror and wall paper throughout the bathroom was peeling and deteriorating. The shower ceiling also was very dirty. Very disappointing for a Hilton

Close to CTC and reasonably priced

Staff was super helpful and the hotel is right in the middle of so many entertainment options.

Great hotel, very very nice on the inside. There is a cute courtyard with a fountain that is perfect for having take out food. Pet friendly!

This hotel is very outdated. The pool was cloudy, the ceiling in out room was falling, the ice room was moldy. The only benefit of staying here was the location.

Overall my experience at the Logan hotel was very good. I only stayed for one night but it was close to plenty of shops, eating options and art museums. Also, they have two great restaurants at the hotel and amazing pool.

Rooftop bar was really nice

First, when we arrived at the concierge, there was a long line due to an issue with their card reader many cards were declined. They were nice to offer water while we were waiting. We booked a king room, they had us in a double room on the 3rd floor. The room was dark, with dull lighting. We found left over sushi in the refrigerator which was dirty. The carpet looks like it was from the 19th century, we had to get a sheet to throw on the floor for our daughter to play. The bathroom had hair on the floor. The drain in the sink was very slow. The towels are rough and the room had an overall weird smell. The furniture was old, dusty and dirty. I went to concierge to complain, the girl at the desk told me she was aware of the problem and housekeeping was going to come. I didn’t see housekeeping may be they finally showed up after we checked out. This is not a 4.5 star hotel, I would not give it even a 3. Expedia needs to correct the star rating. This is false advertisement. I won’t go back there, thank goodness I only booked one night. The only good thing in that place was breakfast, we enjoyed what we ordered.

Fit out seems tired, carpeting and molding was tired and ready for a refresh. We seemed to be followed around by some kind of gnats. Shower pressure was nice, staff was friendly. Waited longer than i would have thought possible for elevators.

The rooms, elevators, and lobby were shabby and tired. I stayed 2 nights and never did get housekeeping to service my room. Called housekeeping - no one picked up. I had to call operator for towels because there were so few in my room at check in. Coffee maker broken, but they did replace. Spa services good, but no hot tub or steam room. Just pool with many noisy kids. Adult swim after 9:30 pm apparently. Room noisy between street and hallway noises. Not a very relaxing stay.
