Stains on sofa, bed pillows where well past there best very uncomfortable. Also rather strange breakfast combinations. And a fridge would of been useful in a room marketed as a suite also big damp stain on bedroom wall unmissable

They technically have everything amazing place to stay nothing was missing and the very flexible with check out nice indoor pool and outstanding staff member specially Kyra she is the best thanks a lot for recover my lost weeding ring.!!

Pretty good, coffee at breakfast could be better as it is powder milk machine

Not bad for a 3 star, restaurant was a little hit and miss and I was served raw chicken one evening with no refund for the meal. Hotel has a lot of dogs staying in rooms and the corridors are quite strong with dog odour but the rooms are nice and big

Receptionist when I arrived Tuesday evening 5 November was absolutely brilliant very efficient helpful and friendly. A credit to Fletcher Hotel Group.

The hotel is very nice, there is a big free parking, green field all around, the staff is very helpful and kind. breakfast was good. we really enjoyed the hotel. three is a pool and sauna, but we didn't use them. The bar is open until late which was great for us arriving past 10 pm.

The staff is great, breakfast was very good. Restaurant was nice with tasty menu. Room was very small, towels were sparingly distributed, no airco so room was very hot at night. Parking was difficult with not enough room for guests. Location is so so.

Overall the property was great. A large swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast had hot and cold options included.

Staff is excellent Treat me like family. I will always return here if possible. Hotel could use a better or more complete TV program availability especially in English as there are a lot of work and tourist travelers.

We were only there one night but the room was clean. We had supper in the town center so i cant speak to the kitchen but the breakfast was good the next morning. The breakfast was not an up-charge at this hotel unlike a number of other hotels we stayed at this trip. The hotel does not have air conditioning in the room so you need to leave the balcony door open at night inviting mosquitos and other things in.

Clean, comfortable bed, decent food, service with a smile all for a reasonable price. - would definitely stay here again in the future.

The location is great. 20 minutes from the ferry to Texel. Walking distance from tulips in the spring and sand dunes. Bike trail on the road. Even during a long holiday weekend during tulip season, we didnt find the area crowded at all. Staff were friendly. Plenty of parking across the street. Breakfast wasnt fancy but well presented and a included scrambled eggs and bacon. Room was clean and spacious There were two issues with the room/hotel though - a peculiar smell in the bathroom and spotty internet. Once I was able to stay connected for over an hour; the rest no more than 5-10 minutes. But Id still recommend or stay there again.

We had booked this initially as a 'stop-over' location, on our way to Hoek Van Holland. But we were very surprised by the location and what it provided to us. We arrived a bit later, but just before the kitchen closed at night. The staff were very understanding and accommodating, and allowed us to check in quickly so we could order some food. The food was very good and pretty well, considering it was end-of-day. The rooms are open and comfortable, and held up well to the weather(it was a bit stormy and extremely windy, since we are by the water). The beds were very comfortable, but the single beds were not quite as comfortable. Still, they provided a good nights sleep. Everything is modern and pleasing. The bathroom is roomy enough to have a good shower and move around. The included breakfast in the morning was tasty and had a good variety of items to choose from. The downsides were that the place Is under renovation, so there was some mess in the reception area. Not a big deal, as it was out of the way and will be rectified once renos are complete. Also, the heater in the bathroom is within inches from the toilet, and if you are not aware, you can be caught off guard if you touch..it can get pretty hot. And last, and not sure why, but when we checked in, they advised us that dinner would be paid on the morning and charged to our bill, After we ate, the waitress said she was advised we had to pay now, and no reason was provided. We didn't mind paying, but it was just odd

This hotel cancel our reservation without any warning! Even, There is a red lettered says on our reservation paper that " this reservation can't cancel or change". Yes they did and while we standing front of the reservation desk with my family and very disappointed young child, this hotel personal at the resection was too rude to us, of course they did not apologize at all, even they were angry to us, like we did something wrong! They were laughing our drama. When I said that I will make complain about this hotel, they start laugh more and loudly! Such a terrible place, such a terrible people!, such a bad experiance!

I show my reservation including taxes and fees Euro 3.80 than it was okay. I had already paid it to Hotel.com!
