The service in the hotel was OK, however pointing things out to them such as chicken bones being all over the desk just outside the elevator garbage being left on the floors is garbage all the way down the hallway and it remain that way for over two days before they decided to clean it up was a bit gross to see on a continuous basis. Every time I exit the elevator, my room was clean and tidy when I checked in, but the hallways had a lot to be considered.

3 words Bed Bugs and Roaches!! I stayed at this location 5 weeks in a row, 2 nights at a time and was getting bit up, but couldn’t find any reason for it until July 22nd when I finally found proof of the bed bugs. When the front desk was informed, they gave me an attidute like i did something wrong. They offered a different room at 1in the morning, but I was so freaked out I decided to stay on the lobby until my ride to work at 7am. This is when I saw the roaches. The guy at the desk(manager) just chuckled and acted like it was no big deal.
Luckily due to the nature of my work, the bag that I carry when on location stays in my car in the summer heat, so I didn’t take anything home with me.
Hotels.com reached out to them about a refund, which they refused after the manager told me he was issuing it and then they are now dodging my calls and telling me to “call back when he’s working” but he’s always not working.

It was not a pleasant stay. First the room was not very clean and the whole second floor smelled like weed. Then when I was taking a shower the whole tub filled with water and would not drain. There was definitely a leak at some point above us because our bathroom ceiling and walls had water damage. After all this we had to switch rooms and that room was no better. It had water damage and the beds were not the cleanest. Let’s just say I did not sleep well during our overnight stay. Thank god it was only overnight. I even asked to speak with a manager about getting some money taken off for all our trouble and all the front desk told me was they would relay my message to the manager who would reach out to me. No one has reached out yet and I doubt they will.

First of all- loved this hotel option for a lacrosse tournament! It is close to everything, pretty when you walk in (made me smile :),easy to check in. I really enjoyed this hotel for its purpose! The pool was green and closed - BOO! The room was a standard hotel room. It definitely could have been cleaner and is in need of updating. The carpet in the room is disguising, nookies and crannies- ewww, the back of the freezer has ice frozen for years (but kept everything cold), I used my own blanket and pillow. Even with these negatives, I would definitely stay again. We were basically there to sleep. For the price, it’s perfect for us!

Clean, comfortable bed. A/C worked and it was quiet. Comode stopped up and almost overflowed, I had to clean sticky stuff from the nightstand. Ants and lots of white flakes of something in the window area. Not too wonderful for over $200 per night.

Booked 3 separate rooms, 1 room - not cleaned, toiletries were half used, no remote for tv, phone missing its faceplate; 2 room - was occupied; 3 room - no significant issues. For rooms 1 & 2, went to front desk to report issues and get different rooms. Front desk staff just shrugged their shoulder like this was not a big deal, and issued new rooms.
