It was dirty and in kept after a 10 hr drive we couldn’t bath the grandkids because of mold in the bathroom. Very bad

Room was clean. Disgusting smell of cigarette smoke. Other people very noisey all night long. No coffee in rooms. Shabby place inside and outside. Totally needs a redo or torn down.

None of the vending machines worked. The doorknob to the bathroom was installed backwards so the door wouldn’t close completely. Breakfast items were limited at best and at one point there was no cereal so all they had was just toast. There was also a problem with checking in. At first they had no record of the reservation until I showed them my confirmation number. This building looks like a throwback to the 70s. It was reasonably priced and the room was always clean when we went in.

listen I love this place ! the staff is AMAZING & very friendly. I have been staying here for 2 months for work & I have no complaints at all . The manager is extra nice & always there if his workers need him ! & not to mention the cleaning staff makes sure the rooms are cleaned day in & day out . if your ever in the area & looking for a place to stay well look no further because you definitely will enjoy .

This hotel was our half way pointvto Orange Beach, AL. Upon arriving there was a very strong odor when first checking in, in the lobby. There was no elevator. The room was very gross and there was a few holes in tge bathroom. One around the baseboard. The other in the ceiling that was filled with spray foam. When going down the stairs i noticed the vinyl on the ceiling buckling which looked like it could give at any time.

In the middle of the night, we woke up with bugs in the bed. My children’s mother was ate up with bites and she ended up leaving at 3 o’clock in the morning to get the kids out of the room.

Our Stay was excellent The room was clean it smelt amazing. The check-in was amazing. The free cookies were amazing. The people that worked there was amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better hotel. It gives five stars and above.

There were stains everywhere. Bedding, walls, ceiling. There were no sheets for the pullout bed. Breakfast was a joke. One orange. Some bread to make toast. Small powdered donuts and tiny muffins. Coffee was terrible. We checked in late and left early. We wouldn't have stayed any longer.

Terribly run down interstate Days Inn. Lights in the room kept shorting out in the bathroom. Free breakfast was literally just cereal, plain white bread, and mediocre half cold coffee. Paint peeling off everything on the exterior. Stairs were absolutely covered with jagged rusty metal trim that looked like it would leave an angry gash if you stumped your toes in the wrong spot!

The room was spacious and clean enough however we rented the room to have the pull out sofa sleeper. When we pulled it out the entire frame was broken and folded up when laid in. I called the front desk only to be hung up on while trying to explain the first time, I called back and the same man answered. Again I told him that I realized the hotel was full but wanted him to know that the pull out was broken, which I’m sure they already knew due to the fact the the actual couch caved in too. He listened to what I had to say and said sorry and that was it. No offer of a partial refund or anything. Our children had to make a pallet on the hard floor and sleep. We stayed there last year on our way back from the beach as well but we will not return!

This place said it slept 6 but it most definitely did not. The pull out couch was so bent up that it kept folding back up. It was a very dated couch. We got to the room late and no one had turned the air on in there. It was soo hot and took a few hours for it to cool down. Next morning when we told the manager or who ever was at the front desk he said he would Handel it but didn’t sound too convincing.

No coffee pot. No decaff coffee.There were bugs in the room. I complained to the night clerk and he told me that the manager would be in by 8:30 AM the next day and would give me a refund. We had to check out early so I gave him my phone number and told him to ask the manager to call me. Haven't heard from him of course. Bill came through at the expected rate. No refund and no contact.

Ok for a quick stay. I was going to be there for four days so we specifically looked for a place that had hot items for breakfast and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. After making reservations online and then checking in upon arrival I found out that they only had a continental breakfast (i.e. donuts, muffins, orange juice, and coffee. I was disappointed but stayed anyways. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed.

The room had a gnat and fly infestation. Front desk did not show any concern. Bathroom door was falling of the hinges. Room smelled like marijuana when we first entered.
