We were running from Hurricane Milton. Everything was great. I wish the pool could have been open

At check in the young gentleman was not rude but was not friendly when I checked in. He did not explain anything or ask if I had any questions. First room we had smelled overwhelming like a dog! Went to front and asked for another room, the same gentleman was very nice and helpful this time. I was given another room but it could definitely have been cleaner. Bathroom floor was dirty especially in the corners. First bad experience that I have had at a Hampton.

The carpet was wet and smelly , the couch had a big blood stain on it , I ask them to discount my charge for the weekend but they said they couldn’t

No problem! The room was smoke free and very clean. The most important thing I noticed was the towels & wash clothes. We didn’t have to call front desk for more. The customer service was wonderful. Thank you!

Nice hotel but pet smells are horrible. If they allow pets, they should have cleaning agents that are for pet smells.
Also, Hotels.com did not update my reservation changes

Nice location. Property could be cleaner. Finger prints on every glass surface. A lot of dirt and dust . Lack of hospitality compared to the property in Murfreesboro TN

Stayed for just one night. Checked in after midnight. There was a security car driving around, well lit parking lot. Clean room.

The only thing that was a little issue was the sliding barn yard door that covers the entry into the bathroom and the closet it was hard to move back & forth and was somewhat off track. However everything else was exceptionally nice and we would go back to the same hotel if we ever go back to Macon.

Loads of dining options. Stores of wide variety close by. Facility in very good condition. Room modern and items worked very well. Staff very professional and informative. Pool in awesome condition. Pleasure to visit!

Arrived close to midnight and noticed the outside security guard which make me feel very safe about our possessions inside the vehicles and the staff was super helpful and efficient. The breakfast the next morning was the best we had had from any Hampton Inn!

This hotel was great! Everything was super clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was impressive and better than most in this category. Last but not least, the bed was juuuuussst right. Not too hard, not too soft. We both slept incredibly well, which is hard for me usually in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and comfortable. Didn’t expect such a high pet fee, $75 is higher than we’ve ever paid.

The young lady at check in was very fast and efficient. Hotel was very clean and grounds were well kept. Off the main road with access via a side road. Breakfast was good and once again the young lady was working and shout out to her for helping an elderly gentleman. She made his breakfast plate for him and helped him around. She needs a raise! I wish I had caught her name. She had a nose stud, hair extensions. Great stay would return.

Great place to stop on the way home from Florida. Clean, quiet and convenient. So long as you aren't looking for higher quality dining options, there are plenty of restaurants close by. We enjoyed the Macon Crab House.

The hotel was perfectly acceptable for an overnight stay on the Interstate. Our rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The free hot breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff was also friendly and kind. My only issue with this hotel had nothing to do with the hotel. It was the location. It didn't seem to be in the nicest area of Macon. The area wasn't "bad," but I was hoping for a slightly better surrounding community.
