Checked in on Friday for a 2 night stay. Went to our event and returned to get ready for bed only to find that our hideaway bed dirty and full of crumbs. Staff was very courteous and helpful in trying to fix the situation, however, our family was very disappointed as we were unable to use one bed for the night.

stayed here to get an early start at the airport and it was great. pool was awesome

The room clearly had a pest problem, as two of my nieces were bit by some small wingless insects that’s drew blood and when killed left blood on the sheets(photo evidence is available). This was 2 AM, and I asked for a room change and a refund, both of which were approved. Upon check-out, I was greeted by the front desk associate, her housekeeping manager and her maintenance worker, who all proceeded to make a fool out of me and repeatedly tell me there was no bed bugs in the room. Maybe there wasn’t but I had two nieces as evidence, who both had visible bite marks which were oddly similar to what a text-book example of a bed bug bite mark would look like. She was very insistent that her hands were tied and that she was not able to do anything, only her manager. If her manager is anything like her, I will be saving my breath and calling the health department. Also that a refund through Expedia is not possible? Definitely, need a little more training because anyone in the hotel industry knows that this is only a scapegoat. Overall this was a horrible experience at a property that is severely outdated, unkempt, and overpriced. Save your $177 and take it to the Hampton’s. Would rather have the children complain about the lack of pool fun, than a bed bug situation.

Very happy with our recent stay. Front desk was great. Our grandsons ages 5 & 3 really enjoyed the splash pad area of the pool.

The sheets had a poop stain. Then the next room we were moved to the bed leg broke. The front staff did not really care. It was frustrating and did not make me feel like we were in a well cared for hotel.

Great family hotel for waterslides not much of a pool for swimming.

When we checked in we were given a different room than what we booked. We went to the front desk to tell them of their mistake and they were blaming us for the mistake that they had made giving our room to a different Richard 4hrs before our arrival. They blamed us for using a third party to book the hotel room. We have been using hotels.com since 2016 booking all our vacation stays. Never had a problem. We had 5 adults staying the night of July 4th checking in after an 11hr drive. They offer 3 options. Take it or leave it type attitude. All 3 options were worse than what we originally booked for. The manager was very demeaning to us. Telling us there is no difference in his eye between a queen bed and a double bed. Told us to contact you tell you of our unhappiness and drive around Bismarck, ND on July 4 @ 10:00p.m. looking for another room because I was not happy with his accomodations he was recommending. I was so confused how we were getting blamed for their mistake. Our hotel room toilet was dirty with what I would assume would be blood or iodine? I had a house keeper walk into my room at 9:00a.m. seeing me in my bra and underwear. Check out was not until 11:00a.m. They went into my daughter's room across the hall 3 times. Once at 8:00a.m., 9:00a.m. then I confronted the front desk letting them know room #226 and #229 would not be checked out till 11:00a.m. at 9:30a.m. a third house keeper attempted to enter my daughter's room. Complete nightmare in Bismarck, ND.

I liked the hospitality of the employees. Very easy to check in. Pool is always fun. Great pool for kids. Rooms are old but overall its a good place to chill and bring kids

The place is in need of some upgrades and renovations. We stayed in a real nice Comfort Inn in Rapid City, SD, so on the way home I looked for another Comfort Inn. This one was older and not as clean. I let the front desk person know that the pool deck needed assistance to clean up some poop from a kid, but it didn’t get taken care of.

During our stay, the room was great! But when my child used the pool there were children unsupervised and made the waterslide dangerous.

Great pool area for kids but the rest leaves something to be desired. The front desk staff could not be found ANYWHERE even with calling - no answer.

They are always so kind and helpful. This is a great place to stay. Clean and tidy.

You will assume it’s a nice family room until the pullout couch is broken, they don’t move the couches (the trash Under proved that), the beds you roll into the middle (so make sure you like to snuggle).

The rooms were nice and clean, but our tv didn’t work. WE told the front desk and they said they would have someone come and fix it. No one ever came and fixed it. Lamps were unplugged also.

Good, clean, fun pool area for kids. Good continental breakfast.

Pool area is great for kids and stays open until 11pm, front desk manager was a really nice guy.

Needs good cleaning in rooms i understand being eco friendly but the bathroom was dirty long black hairs were everywhere. Front door has been broken before and was hard to open to get in the room. Floor was dusty in the room. Tile above shower had corner missing. Room smelled of body odor. When i went to make breakfast the cleaning lady mean mugged me like i didnt belong and after i stared back she spoke. I learned the police had just left and arrested some guests so maybe she assumed i was with them because of my ethnicity. Which wouldve been a mistake. I did sleep well and the front desk clerk who checked me in was great.
