The lady at the front desk was as friendly as a porcupine. Online it showed there is a hot tub in this hotel. I asked about it and she was extraordinary rude to me. I was absolutely appalled at her behavior. This alone ruined my entire view of the rest of the hotel. The point to booking this hotel was for the hot tub to relax in after a long week. We've stayed in this exact hotel before and there was a nice hot hot-tub. I guess not anymore 😕.

We searched for a room on two criteria. Pool, and pet friendly. The pool was empty and it was hard to find any grass that was not covered in feces. Pet owners are not cleaning up and neither is the staff. No waste bags are provided, neither is a trash can. Previous guest left pet food on our carpet that was not vaccuumed up. Mold stains on the back of shower curtain. The new owners are trying to clean up the place but it will be a long road.

AC unit was squeaky and loud which kept us awake. Terrible odor in the room and overall felt dirty. The person who checked us in was in pajama pants and simply did not have a good appearance.

The chair in the room was absolutely filthy. Like 20 years of dirt and grime on it. Nearly every piece of linen had a stain of some kind. The bathroom ceiling was cracking. The towels were small and scratchy. There were also a bunch of staples in the bathroom wall, which was super weird.
Despite that, the bed was fairly comfortable, and I did get a decent nights sleep. The breakfast was not well-stocked, and there wasn’t any fruit. At one point a staff person came and put out 4 cups of yogurt when there were 6 people in the breakfast room.

We really, really enjoyed our stay! The employees were very gracious! I only wish that the hot tub had been operational during our stay but, otherwise our experience was top notch!!

Should have stayed elsewhere but rooms booked due to weddings and festivals. AmericanInn much better room and breakfast. And the shower was smaller than that on a cruise ship.

Staff were nice and the rooms were clean but the Property was really dated. Paint peeling in the bathroom. Hot breakfast had run out at 7:30am when I came down to eat. 6-9am bfast was supposed to be served.

Booked a room many months ago with a request for a roll away bed. Confirmed the reservation the day before the arrival, again with the roll away bed notation. Arrived at the hotel to learn that the 2 roll away beds they have were both given away before we got there. As we were 3 unrelated adults of mixed genders, we had to get a 2nd room (at additional cost!) While I'm well aware the request was not guaranteed, I would have hoped my request would have been honored since it was confirmed the day before.

This hotel is disgusting! It needs a complete renovation and smells and is dirty. Checked into my room and it was smoky so I went to the front desk and they put me in another room which still smelled.

I had a great stay. But get FOX Entertainment (News) Channel off in the lobby. A huge turn off and wouldn't stay there again if it was still on. Please, very offensive that that plays. And inappropriate as well. Thank you, Scott Rubsam

Only issue was being unable to get a ground floor room (due to a disability) and the hotel does not have an elevator. The stairs were very difficult for me to navigate with luggage. I forgot to make the request at the time of booking.

Nothing in my room hadbeen cleaned, the bed had been made up with sheets the were dirty and had hair on them. I was told Expedia would have to provide the partial refund i was requesting.

Was probably cleaner than felt, just very dated so permanent stains or dingy spots. Did promptly respond and move us when window started leaking during downpour. Nice little pool for kids, hot tub looks like its been closed for years. Breakfast was pretty normal offerings, and all tasted fresh, and plentiful.

It was raining and water leaked in the window in one of our booked rooms, a previous customer’s clothes in the dresser and a used condom wrapper in one of the drawers. No bueno.

The room and grounds was great. Very dog friendly, lots of grass. However, Annie at the front desk was argumentative and made for a terrible check in experience. I noticed she argued with other guests at check in also. The family who runs this location is very unfriendly. This made it very uncomfortable being out of the room. I would not stay here again.

The hotel had a nice appearance and the staff was somewhat attentive when checking in. The 2 main reasons for choosing this hotel was the continental breakfast and hot tub (we're old and lots of aches). The breakfast was satisfactory, but was disappointed that the hot tub was not working and didn't seem to be a top priority to get it fixed!

I am disabled and asked for a room on the bottom floor. We were given room 128. My grandkids went to the pool and afterward the oldest went in to take a shower. He pulled up the shower knob and the facet flew off. We asked for another room. They did not have one on the first floor so we had to go to room 202. I have COPD and on oxygen, I had a real hard time walking up the stairs. The air conditioner did not work so I had a bad night. My daughter went to Walmart and bought a box fan. That night was a lot better. I paid over $400.00 for this room. I will never stay in one again.
