Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Nice property, but I was asked to take a room with no TV. They provided no reimbursement for my inconvenience.

Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. The beds were just on the harder side other than that it was a good hotel.

The staff is so friendly and the whole hotel was so clean!! The only downside was that the pool area was under construction. Will definitely return!

Driving across country with my son, we stayed at three different Hampstead Inns. Each were different. Joliet was our second night on the road and was a big improvement over the first night. What I care about is how well one can sleep. Things in the room in all three hotels were rather noisy basically the air conditioner, the bathroom vent, and the refrigerator. The room itself was very clean. There was no real noise from inside the hotel that bothered us. The parking lot had good lighting so we didn’t worry about our very full car being broken into. Breakfast was fine better than the first place. The décor was fine. The staff were competent and friendly. Bonus points with respect to the first place: the vanity lights were on a separate switch from the overhead light and bathroom exhaust fan and there were towel bars in the bathroom (pretty basic but the first place didn’t have them).

This hotel is great! Super clean everywhere. Rooms are new and updated with nice firm mattresses. It is super quiet. The staff were nice and friendly. Lots of dining options close by. This will be my go to hotel when I am forced to come to the Chicago area henceforth.

Everything was nice expect I order papa John’s from the flyer they had and I didn’t get my food until 2am and it was cold and was missing food order at 11:35 didn’t receive until 2am but other then that it was good
