Poor service. Poorly maintained. Parking is $18 extra. Cannot control the AC airflow. No breakfast. Under construction.

This property is under construction-which we were aware of. There was no breakfast available which was not unexpected but inconvenient. We stay here because of the location -it is convenient to our family. Hopefully, it will be much improved after the construction & renovation is completed

The hotel is under renovation. Only recieved a total of 2 bathtowels for two of us. Could not access the wifi, they charge $18.00 a day to park in THEIR private parking lot. The hotel hallways reaked of the smell of marijuana, the shower curtain rod in the bathroom was bent down like someone was hanging on it, there are no vending machines for snacks, no soda machines, no ice machines but they are willing to sell you small bottles of water and tiny bags of chips at an incredibly rediculous mark up. I honestly would never stay here again due to the fact it is a sub-par hotel and they do everything possible to get every penny out of you. There are much better choices out there. Just my opinion.

AM front desk clerk was very helpful with getting around and information on the area! His name began with a K and I highly recommend him! Parking lot and elevator area need some cleaning though!

We didn't realize the property was under construction. The lobby was a temporary structure and the pool was closed. The staff were very friendly, the room was huge and although things were a bit worn, we felt comfortable.

When I arrived I found out that the property was under renovations (which it did need). 5 days of no free breakfast. The temporary gym was a smelly joke. No A/C. I will not be staying here again.

I booked the room included break fast; but not served. No Wi-Fi service at room. Not even deli shop close by to get some basic stuff. I totally disappointed.

This property is good in all categories. Biggest problem is it is under renovation and does not serve breakfast. Nothing else close by. They did comp my parking although I wasn’t aware they do charge for it.

was told upon arrival there was no breakfast provided due to construction. was told the stairwells were closed due to construction (safety issue?!) upon check in, found out there’s another $20/day parking fee. needs some work/remodel/updates. tv service sucked, connection was horrible and cut out every other word. quiet location. Great kitchen suites.

I would have given no stars if that were an option! We don't usually write reviews after a hotel stay, but I have to this time. Our stay at Residence Inn Atlanta Buckhead was a horrible experience. we received a last-minute email on our arrival informing us that they wouldn't provide breakfast, which was included in our reservation, due to first-floor construction. I find it hard to believe they had no prior planning for such a major construction and only notified their customers one day before their arrival, leaving no room for them to rearrange their plans. When I asked the front desk staff about the breakfast upon arrival, he looked into my eyes without shame and said, 'We have sent you an email already.' I can't believe that someone can run a business like this. I believe they intentionally sent the email late to prevent their customers from making alternative arrangements. The HVAC fan in our room made a huge noise all night long and didn't stop even for a second, even when we set the thermostat to off. We could hardly fall asleep all night, which ruined our itinerary for the next day. the hotel is worn and old, and the elevator is not safe. The control panel has some broken covers, and the elevator sinks every time you enter or exit. Lastly, the staff was rude and unwelcoming when we checked in. I can't believe this hotel is associated with the Marriott standard. Overall, you can tell there is no honesty, and this was the worst experience we have had with hotels.

The facility was under renovation, didn't find out about breakfast not being served until about 2 days before the stay. Entire Hotel is in need of renovation not just the lobby.

I throughly enjoyed my stay with this hotel. Everything was in place and my room was clean, it smelled clean and was comfortable. I will be staying again.

It was AMAZING!! The room was spectacular. Spacious, clean, comfortable. The only "issue" was there was a deposit despite it says there isn't one. Also no breakfast. I can assume this was due to construction

They were doing construction/renovations at this location. Maintenance men were walking around during the night for “renovations”. Only 2 elevators for the entire property, no caddies available and they charge $18 for parking only for people to ride through and park without paying. I don’t know it was just extremely uncomfortable and not worth the money they were charging.

No breakfast due to renovation, dark hallways, only restocks/cleans rooms after 2 days and paid for parking in an old parking garage that had lots of columns and was dimly lit and hard to maneuver. Double beds which were hard

The hotel was under construction and I was not made aware of this until I checked in. My view was a giant mud hole. I was not offered to get my room cleaned or even fresh towels. Upon check in, I was told there is an $18 per night parking fee that I was never made aware of previously. After check out, I realized that I was also charged tax on the hotel parking rate what a slap and a rip-off!

I wanted to park elsewhere since, not only was the parking structure dangerously crumbling, a drug deal seemed to be happening at the entrance. I asked if I could park elsewhere but the woman insisted that I give them $150 deposit regardless. For what??? I didn’t want to tie up that money on my card for several days so I offered $150 cash. She refused. Your service is a joke. The people running this hotel are thieves and liars and you allowed them to do it. My trip was ruined.

Unlike what the Expedia listing states there is no breakfast buffet. Construction is going on and therefore there is a lot of things happening I suppose. That included 3 out of 4 nights of my stay did not have TV or Wifi. Quite frustrating least to say. No lights or any prominent signs in the front of the hotel. So if you are unfamiliar with that location and if you come in the night you need to slow down a lot to locate the entrance. Very hard to locate even with GPS due to poor lighting. Bad management decision if you ask me. It may have been a good place to stay and it may be a good place to stay after all the Construction work is complete but if I were you I will stay out of this location till the construction is complete or if the management makes some serious changes to keep the overall quality up and not find excuses in the name of construction.

This location IN UNDER RENOVATION.. no standard not breakfast and you must go into the cold to get it.. no ice for the rooms and honestly the tvs have not worked at times and the power on the fourth floor goes out

This location is great if you'd like a anbience rather than a usual commercial setting...meaning, there seemed absolutely no stores or eateries around. However, you can easily get to Buck Head by a short drive (or a taxi w/ minimum charge). My special thanks go to the young man (forgot to get his name) at the front desk who let me check in super early, after my long hours drive to arrive in ATL ..

This was my first time staying at this property. The customer service was exceptional, especially from the front desk clerk. I definitely would recommend this location and would stay here again.

It was impossible to find the property. Under renovation and no signs at all. Room was old, towel bar fell off wall and the whole place had a sketchy feeling.

Renovation creates a little bit of inconvenience but the Staff works hard to over come that,
