The pool is choking with chlorine smell. Kids got rashes after swimming. No water filtration system in the pool, maybe that’s why they add so much chlorine.

Our first stay at the Pocaterra Inn and Waterslide was great. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The Breakfast Included exceeded our expectations, having not just cold items, but hot as well. The room was quite large, with a table and 2 chairs, micro wave and fridge, making it a very economical stay.

Overall, it was a great stay. The staff were friendly. Check-in was quick. The hotel was clean and the room was tidy, with great choices for breakfast. My 8-year old loved the pool and waterslide feature!

So surprising to be offered a welcome cookie upon arrival! The breakfast was the best breakfast I have had included in a hotel stay. Loved how hot the hot tub temperature was. Wish the sauna temperature was maintained as it was not very warm and no instructions to remedy it.

Everything was great except for the very hard pillows. I wish the pool were open later but it's understandable.

Entering the hotel: There are 3 wheelchair accessible parking stalls, with two of them marked. However, don’t expect to use them because people without the placards park in them. It is not possible to access the sloped ramp in the wheelchair accessible stalls, because they are on the drivers side and the vehicle blocks any access for the wheelchair user to use the ramp. Only one entrance offers automatic door opening (the back of the hotel), which is very unfortunate. Wheelchair accessible room: The room itself, is large and roomy. There is enough space to maneuver. The pillows are extremely hard. Bathroom: There is a tub, with hand rails and detachable shower head. Unfortunately, the tub is NOT a roll in, which can cause difficulties getting into the tub. The shower chair has no backing to it. The ramp leading into the bathroom, is a bit tough to get a manual wheelchair over, which is ridiculous. Breakfast room: Very crowded with tables. There’s only two tables that wheelchair users can use. Pool, hot tub and sauna: The sauna is the only thing accessible. Big thumbs down Staff: Honestly, not a welcoming bunch. Needs work on their hospitality Overall, I would give this hotel 2.5/5 on accessibility for wheelchair or walking aid users. It needs a lot of work. The hotel itself, is outdated

We received the warmest welcome from David. We arrived quite early (after driving 2 hours in heavy rain and hail) and were able to check into our room right away. They had cookies available in the lobby! The room was beautiful with a lovely view. Breakfast was great!

Large room with a stunning view to the Rocky Mountains! Breakfast was good enough to have energy to enjoy the trails.

Great hotel with great pool. The room temperature was absolutely perfect! Comfortable beds. Room had a mini fridge and microwave. Shower water pressure was good.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, decent hotel breakfast and good location for easy drive to Banff. My only complaint was the pool was much cooler than last year - quite challenging to get in.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and had a nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was hot cooked and better than most.

Really can't fault this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, room was a decent size & clean. Plenty of options for the all you can eat breakfast buffet. While it is on the upper end of town, it's not a problem to get to where you need to be by foot, a free bus or if you're heading to Banff, there's 2 stops just a few minutes anyway. Some nice scenic walks close by and some really nice spots / trails a little further out.I would 100% stay here again and considering how much some hotels cost, this was definitely worth the money.

The towels were fairly plush as well! Service: 5/5 - Very friendly staff. The other thing to note is that they offer free breakfast and you can rent out bear spray (free if you don’t use it and $60 if you do) Comfort: 4/5 - Had a very comfortable rest. There wasn’t a thermostat to cool down the room but there was a fireplace to warm up. It didn’t get too hot but I would have liked a cool down option. Noise: 4/5 - You could hear a little noise from other rooms along with people outside the room but it wasn’t terrible.

Staffs at front desk are friendly. They lent a hot water kettle to my wife. That’s a big help for her.

The room was clean, large and modern. The front reception were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus.

This hotel was wonderful! Fun atmosphere for families and very clean.

The staff were very helpful and professional. Our room was very clean and well appointed. We were at the back of the hotel - so we could hear the highway a bit at night. The swimming pool and water slide were a blast of fun. I would certainly stay again

Great property. Loved the daily freshly baked cookies and juice in the lobby! Enjoyed eating evening meals on the balcony overlooking the mountains. Busy hotel - we often took the stairs as there were many children playing in the elevators. The pool area looked awesome - we did not use as we don’t have kids but seemed like a great family friendly hotel especially with the waterslide. Appreciated the dog-friendly amenities offered as we were able to have a large bed, toy, and dishes provided during our stay!
