Very nice hotel

Top Hotel! Pool, Lobby, Restaurant, all top!

Love this hotel ! Great rooms, killer breakfast and a peaceful location just outside the Tallinn city center. The casino behind the wall at the lobby is the best place in Tallinn to have a nice drink or cocktail. Very relaxed. Their mini-pizzas are great as well for a night snack.

Good location, excellent beds, pool with sauna, very nice breakfast buffet with a lot of varieties of food.

Great Hotel at just outside the city center. Very walkable around the newer parts of Tallinn. Clean and nice hotel with a relaxing spa. Highly recommended.

Dissatisfied and disappointed

Old furniture none comfortable bed. For this category of hotel and for this price there was NO even one bottle of water complimentary in room. Nothing even toothpaste. I payed additional 20 € for breakfast, finally small choice of products and even worse in poor quality as: Salmon, ham, vegetables, yogurt everything with low quality. After this breakfast I had stomach problems for two days. Totally disappointed. Never come back again Definitely.

Overall, very good hotel. The only improvement needed is the lobby Bar. Price/Quality did not match.

Excellent Nice room, superb service, panoramic wiew from room, stylish interior etc. Al the staff was wery helpfull. Cleaning was excellent. Excellent. The only minor drawback was some of the clientele drawn to the poker tournament. And their poor dresscode. And an advice, do not order club sandwich from the bar menu, the chicken was dry and the knife had a to hard time cutting through. The breakfast buffet was great.

Great stay, with wonderful breakfast, nice pool and spa, good small gym. Less than 10 min walk to Stockmann. Only the beds were too firm and could benefit from using a bedding mattress.

Great hotel, high standards, great staff

Overall, the stay and staff were exceptional. The only negative was that the spa was so busy. There are no hangers in the spa, so everyone ramages to put their towels/robes on a lounger making it unavailable for others whilst using facilities. You end up with lots of people in the pool and lovely sauna and steam room but no space to sit and relax because everyone’s things are there. Really you have to aim for 9-10 am to have a peaceful and relatively empty time there. Once 10 am hits it’s a constants flux of people until 9pm. Apart from that it was a great stay and would come again, just some room for improvement.

Laura at the front desk was beyond helpful, she helped find department store nearby to buy luggage as mine was lost by airline. She also recommended a bookstore that had English language books, so I was able to stock up for flight home. She was very knowledgeable about the area and hotel services.

Everything was perfect and staff was great except the breakfast line in the morning. Only person to seat people while the queue is long. Had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seated ! Also the elevators are very slow For the rest, staff is great, hotel is great. Fixing the breakfast organization should be an easy fix !

Spa open all day was excellent with children. Superb breakfast.

what an absolutey Perfect stay. the classiest, kindest hotel team anywhere, everyone makes you feel welcome, the moment you walk in. the kindness of every person in the hotel coupled with their world class proffesionalism, invited you to rest. to work in a lovely enviroent. Bravo.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Staff is courteous and efficient, facilities are top notch and the spa is first class. Easy walking distance to Old Town and short Uber ride to KUMU, Kadriorg and Pirita. My first choice to stay when I return definitely

Top hotel

All in all we had a very pleasent stay and we will come back to Hilton! It is one of our favourite hotel in Tallinn. Although there were few hiccups during our recent stay. Falsed fire alarm with quite poor communication from the staff. All quests were evacuated from the hotel but we only heard accidentally from the other quest that the emergency was over and that it was a false alarm. There were no staff guiding us on exits or anywhere? The other challenge was with EV charging at carrage (which is hosted by the third party) It didn’t work with Tesla’s. But we got very good instructions from LIFF EV charging station vendor who guided us to LIFF Smuuli charging point where everything worked wonderfully. We used Snabb-app successfully for the payment. But as said overall Hilton Tallinn Park is very easy, clean and comfortable base when being abroad and travelling with car. Breakfast is excellent and room service works well. Last but not least a little hint - small investment to hotel rooms toilet paper quality wouldn’t hurt. We’ll be back! ❤️

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly!

Very comfortable stay in spacious room, hood gym and spa facilities. The restaurant was nice but always very busy with long waits for food. Central location for walking to bus station, ferry or old town. Friendly staff

The hotel was great! Special thanks to Alex at the reception, as he managed to notice our special request which we added accidentally. After giving us a call in advance and resolving the issue, his proactivity removed an unpleasant surprise upon check-in, and thus made our entire check-in process smoother.

I had booked a three person room but I had to pay extra for extra bed , because there were only two beds on room.

Upscale and beautiful.

This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are big, the bathroom top quality, the facilities great. One of the best hotel I stayed in Europe. It is not so close to the old city, but taxis can take there in less than 10 minutes.

Very nice facilities with lots of entertainment with the on-site casino. Didn't have a chance to check out the spa, but hope to do so on a future visit.
