The room was very clean and comfortable. I was glad to get a room with a fridge and microwave.

Great room, clean and modern. The parking lot and drive way are probably the only negatives i have. Overall still one of the best hotels I've stayed in a long time.

Our room appeared to be in the middle of renovation as there were a lot of unrepaired drywall areas and water stains on the drywall. The ceiling exhaust fan was filthy as was the HVAC unit in the room as it could not adequately dehumidify the roof and blew black moldy dust into the room. The housekeeping staff storage and laundry adjacent to our room and they were very loud very early in the morning. Would not stay there again

Not awful, but not wonderful. Cool shower in the morning for some reason. Coffee in room not replenished. Great king sized bed and excellent air con. Blind didn’t work but as the view was of the car park this didnt matter! No safe. Breakfast was a pretty standard Motel DIY affair.

As the week end went on the elevator would sound like it needed oiled or maintenance on done on it. Wasn't real comfortable getting on it but wasn't able to carry luggage up steps.
The staff was friendly. Upon checking in and getting to room, we discovered there was no information as to restaurants to order in. We were told "we aren't allowed to put that information out".
The same with TV channels, the people at the desk were helpful in giving suggestions for restaurants, and she did give us brochures with information. The television reception was ridiculous, we had to watch in between the internet trying to connect. We also heard other people comment on the same thing.
The toilet stool would actually rock if you weren't careful and the toilet paper dispenser would fall out of the wall.
The chairs that were in the room to set in was crammed back in the corner and worn out.
For the price we paid, we expected better.

The property is not aesthetically pleasing pretty plain. The staff was great and the room was comfortable.

No TV. They said a bird flew into their dish. Also the flooring in the rooms had lifted spots. The beds and pillows were very nice.

Staff was great and very welcoming. Our room had automated blackout shades and that is a luxury at any hotel. Beds extremely comfortable and the hot water in the shower was the perfect temperature. The area is very nice and safe.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was average. The first rm we were in had a very uneven floor. The room also had an odor. We asked to change rooms and the second room was fine. The front desk lady was helpful. The beds were average. The temperature control was good.
For the price, we were disappointed with the quality.

Well I stayed there 4 nights and every day they keep on knocking on my door even if I put the do not disturb sign on my door.. and opening it and they say it’s the wrong room .. they’re not organized probably.. so far it was okay .. I just don’t like it when I’m relaxing and they’re trying to get inside my room I don’t know why…

The room was very nice and clean. The only thing we had to complain about was the bed. It was very hard and since I have a bad back, it did not allow me to have a good night's sleep.

It was very nice and a great location for all we did with our family. Only one ice machine was working on second floor. Bottom floor and third floor was not working.

The room’s window was left cracked open. A few bugs were inside.
Pillows need a serious upgrade. I think they were made for children with the small dimensions.

There was an alarm clock going off in the empty room next to ours. We asked 3 times for it to be turned off. There was visible grime on the bathroom floor. There was a roach crawling in the hallway when we were checking out. The staff were very friendly.

The room was clean and attractive. There were low-carb options for breakfast. BUT... Our room keys didn't work when we came back from dinner.
There was one coffee in the room so I asked the front desk for more. Her response was she would have to try to find housekeeping for more and deliver them. It never happened.
The pool was not available, being serviced over the weekend.
When we checked out, their records showed someone else in our room, us in another room with a two-day reservation.
It was just one error after another.

Great 2 night stay. Hotel is fairly new; our room eas pn 3rd floor with luxury tile flooring & comfy bed. Slight issue with the wall air conditioning. It was plenty cool, but very humid. We did not co.plsin as both nights we were late getti g back to our room. I told front desk when we checked out; they were shocked to hear we didn't complain and said they would immediately have moved us. No biggie, appreciated their response. Breakfast was good, they have a little pancake thing that makes fresh hot pancakes instead of a waffle maker. Pool is small, but clean. Would DEFINITELY stay there again. On the main strip with restaurants & abundant shopping

The beds were comfortable the room was clean. I would recommend staying here. I would come back love the way you get your breakfast nobody had to touch anything to make pancake it was very clean where you eat
