This may not be a concern for everyone, but coming from a cooler climate, an air conditioned room for sleeping is highly desired. The air conditioning in our room was barely detectable. The rooms were quite spartan and a little disappointing considering what the room shown when we booked looked like, but the hotel has minimalist decor and we were just there to sleep and shower. Location was convenient and rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast was nice.

The Avenida has a lovely decor with quiet spaces for relaxing located throughout the hotel. The breakfast was also very nice which allowed a relaxed start to the day

Very beautiful decorated Hotel in the middle of city. Everytime walked in to you can smell the very good room fragrance. One thing was there was no drinking water or water kettle in the room that was the minus point for me. I think they should give atlease once complimentary drinking water to guests who stay for the first night that make more impress for me.

It was a great, very pleasant stay. Despite its central location, the apartment is super quiet, the room offered so much peace that I slept very well every night.

The hotel has a unique and lovely character, it feels old worldy, like the old town of Zaragoza. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Wonderful lounge and seating areas in the lobby and a nice and quiet outside courtyard.
Our room was very basic and not newly renovated like the other areas.

The property is in town center, but if you have a car the access is difficult, there are works on the area, and some streets are closed. We lost a lot of time to get the hotel and parking.

This was a great stay. The staff were excellent and helped us when I had made a mistake with a booking - thank you!. A really good location, great staff and the breakfast was also very good. Definitely recommended.

Boutique hotel, relaxing and spacious guest lounge on ground floor where you can chill out and relax. Continental breakfast was nice in a seperate dining area. Value for money. Location great!

Location at edge of old town. Easy walk to old town square , cathedral and museums. Short bus ride from train station. Room in good condition, but sound proofing can be improved.

Hotel Avenida is centrally located, just a stone throw from the Central Market and the Cathedral. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the walkway along the rooms makes a lot of noise when guests walk over them. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of items to choose from. The only problem is front reception staff do not speak a word of English which can be pretty challenging for non-Spanish speaking tourists

Zaragoza is an amazing city. Staying at hotel avenida made me love it even more. Great staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms, beautiful decorations. Also easy to get work done because there is good WiFi and lobby space to relax. Thank you for making my time in Zaragoza so lovely!

Hotel was great. Two things they could fix: need the shelf in the shower to hold your bath stuff and the bathroom shower floor was extremely slippery. Be careful. Otherwise the renovations they just finished are very nice and our stay was very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent for the price. The location could not be beat.

A nice accommodation which closes to the city centre and you can stroll around to see the main attractions. The room is simple and clean with a balcony to enjoy the city view.

The hotel was just fine: clean, comfortable, good service and a great location. The only issue was the wifi connection: it wasn't strong enough in the room and also in other areas of the hotel. In our room it was quite unstable: it went on and off and on again. Other than that, it was good.
